I've never personally watched it yet but before I got around to it, I wanted to hear everyone's opinions on it =) Like, did the anime change your views on certain characters, you you like/hate a certain character more after watching the anime, was there certain parts you were disappointed/proud of .... ?

It changed a few things (or so I've heard; I haven't finished the game), but it was still highly enjoyable.
If you're a Sync fan or a Dist fan, you shall not be disappointed. Every character gets to shine (or so I thought).

I really enjoyed it. They took out some parts (well, they kinda had to because of time), but nothing important. I just wanted to see Jade slapping Natalia. *shrugs* I was also disappointed that they had all of the main characters' overlimits, except for Guy.
Despite that, though, I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it. ^^

i wached half of it then it was all in jappense and french (am half french and i can't even speak it crying ) i loved it!!!

Eh, it was pretty good, actually. But I think most of the fun of the series comes from fans seeing their favorite scenes animated. But in terms of an actual series, its pretty average. But y'know, for a series based off the game, they out everything together quite nicely. Like everyone said, all the important scenes stayed, with only a few insignificant bits cut out. It doesn't really add anything that the fans don't already know, though. We don't even find out for sure if its Luke or Asch who comes back at the end. We really only get a few flashbacks, some of them relating to character gaidens, which are nice, but that's about it.
... The only thing that left me sore about this series is that they didn't cover the Nebilim sidequest. I mean, I know I shouldn't have expected any differently, but it just seemed really important to Jade's backstory... And I really wanted to see replica Nebbie kicks some animated a**. D:

Overall, I liked it.
I'd have liked a few side-events and conversations included, and I'd have liked Peony to get more screen time, but what was included was done well.
And I got to hear what everyone sounds like in Japanese. I'll never get over Gourry Gabriev voicing Guy, even if he did do an awesome job. XD And Koyasu Takehito was perfect for Jade.

I LOVED IT! (though it was all in Japanese! I knew what they were saying! I have the game.) I just especcially loved it when Jade obliterated Dist with the Mystic Cage by blasting him off of the Tower of Rem!I LOVE JADE!!!!! (For my beloved Lotus!)
