this is from fantastic fiction
Being a kid with wings--constantly on the run--has never been easy, and Max and her flock are getting tenser than ever. First, on a trip to Africa, they meet a mysterious billionaire whose intense scrutiny of the Flock makes her fear the worst. Then, a cryptic message from a young girl arrives, warning them "The sky will fall." And as if an impending apocalypse weren't bad enough, canny birdkid Angel makes a dire prophecy about Max's soul mate: Fang will be the first to die. Max's desperate desire to protect Fang brings the two closer than ever. But can the team weather the storm, or will the turmoil rip them apart for the last time?

how freaking cliché. like, seriously. of course, as soon as they get together, one of them is at a threat to die. i mean, every freaking story - it's the same thing. girl and boy fall in love. girl and boy date. girl or boy has to save the other. they are on the brink of death. girl or boy saves said person. they live happily ever after. i dunno, D: though, knowing myslef, i will read it, but if that's the case ... i just might not like it. i really hope that it's not the book ... but who am i kidding? it probably is, considering how the forth book was full of epic fail. -shrugs- maybe i just need to read it. plus, this sounds like a fanfiction or something, but ehhh.icon credit to small_crime, nutting musings & isis2015 of livejournal.

So maybe the fourth wasn't the greatest, and I haven't read the 5th yet but, james has a way of twisting things

I'm kinda losing faith in the Maximum Ride Series. They just got progressively worse untill the 4th- which i was sad i wasted money on. The fifth was better but still not as good as the first 2 were. Hopefully they quality of the books will be increasing as rapidly as they denigrated.

Thats not the 6th book. The sixth one is called Fang ( A Maximum Ride Novel) It's coming out March 15th.

I am so excited 4 the new book. I love Fang and I hope he doesn't die. I hope the book does not end like "The Lake House" by James Patterson. That book sucked. In that book, bird kid Ozymandias dies and leaves Max all alone- pregnant with human-bird babies.
It is very cliche and I hope MR does not end that way.
and the title was changed to Fang: A Maximum Ride Novel.

At Barnes and noble they have a free booklet with the first thirteen chapters, on the back of it, it says "The end will shock you." If it says that Fang will die, but on the back, It says the end will shock you, Fang might not die. I mean, It could happen, but, sorry about spoilers, the new flock member is an exact clone of someone else, Maybe the people who made him will bring back Fang.
