The day couldn't be any more perfect; the sky was crystal clear, the birds were out and chirping and the wind was blowing a steady breeze. The smell of mouth watering food drifted across Seireitei, alerting everyone that the Cherry Blossom Festival has started. There was a slight buzz of excitement in the air as people went to and fro, preparing for all of the various activities and events that will be taking place. Children played while in the back ground, people worked hard on the large make shift stages that would host skits and live music. Vendors from all around were setting up shop with the hopes to sell their merchandise. It seemed that all walks of life were turning out for what was to be the greatest turn out the festival has ever seen.
((Yayz, my first time starting a new chapter. I hope it is satisfactory, I wasn't really sure on what I should put. o.o. I figure you all can come up with various activities for your characters so I left ya space to work with.))

A peculiar, easy to spot, Shinigami was soon seen roaming the fair with a large smile on his face... he seemed extremely excited, and wanted to do everything available... He held in his hand a pile of food, and a large roundish swirled sucker in his mouth.. his hair was tucked neatly beneath a hat, and his eyes were covered with a pair of sunglasses from a magic shop or something.. a large nose, big clunky glasses with no lenses, and a moustache... He was supposedly "In Disguise" to enjoy the day here.... "Hmm Hmm Hum HMM~!!!" He seemed to hop about and skip as if this were his own special day.... he was so over-excited and glee-filled... He looked to be about seventeen and mature.. but that was merely from site... He was a complete child inside and unleashed that at its fullest point... Over his back side, was a strange Zanpaktou, no guard... The hilt was pretty strange, and was opposite the natural Shinigami uniform... It was strangely similar to an Espada's outfit...
"WHASHUDIDONEXT~!!!" He danced about, his arms full as his voice was muffled and quite quick... the sucker was slobbered on and completely IN his mouth, giving a cute look on the boys face... He continued his merry skip about until he tripped randomly, his food going on the ground, and popcorn spreading about... Small sticks of candy were broken, as he lay in the mass of sweets and junk with with wide eyes... He seemed to whimper sadly, before the sucking in his mouth cracked in half, the other large piece dropping from his mouth... His eyes watered for a few seconds as he sat within the center of the ground, looking about at all he'd spilt... "Aww... All that stuff had costs so much... Now its gawn... And my glasses are broken.." He suddenly dropped his head with a large swing, looking down at the cracked glasses... his face was visible now, however, as a tattoo ran from it, down to his chest, but only on the left side down... His Zanpaktou sat lazily behind him as he began to laugh slightly, digging into the open shirt to pull out another sucker, and a little wallet, in the shape of a ducky, bulging and full... He poked at it, allowing it to squeak and spurt out many different coins, plopping up carelessly, before landing in his lap...
He picked the money up, and hopped up along, skipping away once more... Leaving the ducky wallet on the ground amongst the scattered mess of broken candy, and wasted food...

I am Haseo Koushun ~ The Flirtatious Shinigami
Haseo assisted with the preparation of the large stage, scurrying around the entire festival grounds and picking up and placing various items on or around the stage. He wore a simple, black kimono, along with a matching black jacket that came up to his knees. It seemed similar to his shinigami uniform, except that he was wearing more layers, had a jacket, and his obi was black.
"Oi, Koushun, bring that here." He glanced up, nodding at the man that directed where things went. He seemed annoyed; it may have been because some women crowded wherever Haseo went. The violet-haired shinigami tried his best to ignore them as much as possible, and even tried to steer the girls somewhere else just to prevent them from angering the supervisor, but they always came back some time or another.
When Haseo put down the table he was supposed to place, the supervisor suddenly dragged him behind the stage. He yelped, his eyes bugging when the supervisor's face was inches from his own.
"Get rid of those chickens," he growled, fist clenched, "or I won't pay you a single penny for your work. Understood?" Haseo nodded quickly. The supervisor let go of him, and left him on his own. The shinigami sighed, running a hand through his hair.
"I definitely need the money from this..." he mumbled, "... for Hikaru."

Walking through crowds at the festival Drake wandered around and (for the sake of god this time) got the last leg repairs. This festival amazes me everytime he said to himself, as Drake was walking he seen a skipping, hopping person who looked like he just escaped the show. Thinking for alittle bit Drake inspected the outfit from afar, Thats a..
Drake-taichou! We have found you! Shurn says behind him with a finger pointed to the captain, Trying to hide or- before Skurn could finish he got a fist to the face and fell over with a red mark over his face, Shut the hell up Skurn.
Ok ok why are you two here anyway, you two are the festival type

Tai arrived at the festival. " What kind of food is hear? " Tai wondered to himself. Tai wondered around and found food. Tai started to drool over the food. Tai started to eat everything quickly hoping that there was more food after he was done.

Akino was already wandering around the festival's location. Visiting almost all booths installed there. Her hair was tied, she was wearing her blue kimono with clouds design. She was glancing then saw Tai. "Tai-taichou!" She waved at him. She was standing not far from the Juuichibantai Taichou.

Tai heard Akino call his name. Slowly Tai turned his head towards the direction of Akino. Tai saw Akino while he had a mouth with a piece of chicken. Tai quickly finished it and he waved back to Akino. " Hi! " Tai yelled.

She ran towards Tai then panted a little. "Moi- wooden sandals sure are hard to walk to, you know." she glanced down at her shoes. "Having fun much?" She chuckled, covering her mouth using her fan. "There are lots of food here, I don't know what to choose!. " She glanced at the booths beside her then sighed.

Kokei now stood before a rolling stand, looking at a vendor scoop ice cream and fix up the set... He quickly appeared at a disappearing rate, just inches before the stand, staring in, his hands held on the edges of the machine as his face nearly dunked in.. The man seemed to back away from his sudden appearance before stumbling to tap him... Kokei's head lifted, looking up at the vendor to drop a pile of coins in his hand, aside a single bill... The vendor gave his feint smile, sweat dripping from his face slightly as he gave Kokei a triple scoop... One vanilla on the bottom, one strawberry in the middle, and another vanilla on top, a pile of bluish sauce on all the layers... He nodded to the man as he walked away, back in the opposite direction...
He quickly appeared back to his mess, noticing his little baby-wallet and hopping for it, happy it was still there where he'd seemingly left it purposely.. "Kay.. I'm back.. now.. this mess... What did I Wa-... HERE!!" He suddenly dove, picking up all that was wrapped.. he stuffed it into a bag, randomly appearing in his hand before sinking into his shirt, not giving off a dent or trace as if it were an endless hole.. he smiled, before jumping up and down with his ice cream, licking it about... His springs became slightly super-human as he popped up and down, along the trails of the festival and over the heads of people as if doing a true "Moon Hop"... It was a few minutes before he landed on a stage where nothing was happening as of yet...
It seemed they were still setting up the place in this area, but he didn't really care... he stood licking the long ice cream cone, a smile on his face, and a sucker in his free hand.... he noticed a few "Helping" on the stage, some girls, and an angry man... His sights were set on the man with the annoyed look on his face, quickly using what would appear to be shunpo, to dash wildly across the stage and in front of the man... he licked the ice cream once more, before holding his arm out and offering it... "Here.. I has a lotta money in my ducky!! Hey..." he suddenly turned, looking towards a worker, and screaming out.. 'IS THERE A PLACE HERE WHERE I CAN FIND A DUCKY.. I WANNA WIN A DUCKY.. A COOL DUCKY WITH ROCKETS THAT GOES QUACK!!"

Yuki walked into the Cherry Festival in her kimono fanning herself. "Smells great." She said with excitement. She walked around looking at the many things vendors were selling while looking for some one she knew.

" Yea I guess I'm having fun. " Tai said with a little smile. Tai noticed a large bowl of noodle in front of him. Tai quickly took a sip of sake and grabbed chopsticks. Tai smiled over the bowl of noodle. Tai waited a half a second and started to stuff his face in the bowl of noodles.

Kagaya walked into the festival, the breeze blowing his white hair out behind him. "The food smells great." He thought to himself. He continued walking, not hungry yet. He started looking for Yukari, hoping she was already there, he wanted to spend the day with her.

She sighed when Tai ran to the ramen store. "Moi- besides the great gathering, is there something I can do?" She mumbled, twirling her hair. She saw a bench where it can view the whole booths. It was located on a small hill near the gathering. "I think I'll draw until I get bored." She said to herself, walking to the bench.
She sat on the bench then took out her sketchpad and pencil, she stretched her arm then started to find a perfect angle. "Perfect!" she murmured, then started sketching.

After Tai finished his bowl of noodles he paid and he quickly left. Tai started to become tired. Tai's eyes were becoming drowsy. He yawned as he started to walk towards a bench. Tai sat down slowly as he found the bench. Tai's head was staring. He started to fall asleep and snore very loud.

"Aki...?" Haseo peeked over her, looking down at the orange-haired captain. He grinned, his eyes softening a little when he saw that she was drawing. "How nostalgic... wasn't it exactly like this when we met?" he mused. He sighed a little and scratched his head, walking around the bench so that he was in front of her. He stared down at the bench.
"Sorry, but I have to kick you off..." he mumbled. "Maekeichi-san said he needs some benches for the stage... and I'm afraid he'll chop my head off if I mess up again..." He sighed, and smiled weakly. "Pretty crappy way of spending time at the festival... huh?"
