 Stretching and padding from his cave, Saraav looked about the spring afternoon lazily. Having once again slept later than he should, thoughts of food rumbled through his stomach. Kneeding his paws into the dirt and reveling in the soil beneath them, he started out to feed.
So long as it doesn't rain, today should be glorious! he thought with a jovial grin.
Yawning once, he started toward the nearest water, though he was thirsty for more than water. He was tired of being along and hoped to converse, his playful nature was wasted on solitude.
Well, at least the day is warm Settling by the water and taking a long drink, he decided that today, he was going to seek out another of his kind and make friends. Well, at least he hoped he was.

 Elesha chased after the orange butterfly, not watching the terrain around her. She was begining to gain on the flying bug, when she ran right of right of a small ledge into a stream with a loud splash, water flew into the air. The brown Saigh, sat up in the water and looked around for the butterfly. It was then that she noticed the blue male, that was next to the water. "Oh!" she said. "Hello, sorry about that!"

 Torix was walking along the stream as he spotted the female sitting the water. He wrinkled his nose as a butterfly landed on it. "I'm not a perch."
He sneezed, and the butterfly flew to land on one of his ears. He twitched it as he walked but the butterfly seemed to like the male for whatever reason, finally it settled on top of his head where he could at least stand the creature.
He smiled at the lady, "Do you need some help hon?" He had offered her a paw to help her out of the water, he paid no mind to the blue male that was there figuring someone had been raised by wolves with no manners letting a lady sit in water like that.
His tail flickered as he waited and smiled sweetly towards the lady to see if she'd take his offer in helping her out of the water.

Elsha blushed when she noticed the second male,."No thank you," She declind politely, standing up, and slinking out of the stream. After making sure she was far enough away from the malethat they wouldn't get wet, she shook the water from her fur. "I was chasing the butterfly, that has landed on your head, and I fell off that ledge." She nodded to the other side of the river where the ground . I'm Elsha, by the way," She added, introducing herself.

Torix looked over to where she'd indicated that she'd fell from. "Well you have to be careful. It's a good thing it wasn't a long fall." He said with a smile.
He rolled his eyes up towards the butterfly. "Well I think you're friend's made my head a home." He chuckled before bowing his head. "If you'd like you're free to take him or remove him... he's making my head itch a bit."
Ice blue eyes looked over Elsha. "Elsha... my what a pretty name." He grinned again, "It fits you well." He said after a second and nodding. "Oh and my name's Torix." He said as if it was an after thought.
"It seems the other fellow isn't in a talking mood...." He said softly with a slight frown. Tail flickering as he glanced towards the other male.

Elsha blinked, and let out a small giggle, then reached up to try to get the butterfly off his head, the butterfly took off before she could get it though. "I don't think it likes me!" She said laughing. "Torix... what a handsome name, though no where near as handsome as it's owner." Elsha glanced over at the blue male, before turning back to to Torix. In a low voice so the other male wouldn't hear she said, " I splashed him when I fell, there's a chance he's just to stunned, from the unexpected wetness, to speak..."

After the butterfly took off Torix promptly scratched his head with his back paw murring afterwords. "Much better.... thank you."
He watched the butterfly leaving, "Eh to each their own. He's silly to run away from you but use me as a perch." He stretched before standing up again. Looking over the lady.
Torix blinked for a second and chuckled slightly nervous like before shaking his head, "Ah but you're much prettier than I."
He seemed to think putting a paw to his chin and the glancing back at the male. "Perhaps, or perhaps he's froze to the spot and is soon going to turn into a flower like that feller in that one story. Oh what was his name." Of course Torix was keeping a low voice as well, "Narcissus!" He said after a second the name finally coming to him.

Elsha stifled a laugh at the suggestion, then scolded in a low voice, "Don't be mean!" She glanced over at the blue male, befor turning back to Torix, "Come on, maybe he wants to be left alone." She started walking away from the stream, not looking back to see if Torix was following, after she was certain she was out of hearing and sight distance of the blue Saigh, she stopped and turned around.

"Tisn't mean!"
Torix protested following her. "A lot of fellers have that Narcissus complex." he said after he stopped beside of her when out of range of the other. He smiled, of course he was only teasing but he had seen males with some big heads on their shoulders.
He stretched after a second and sat down. "So... what brings you out this way?" He said trying to make small talk because he suddenly wasn't sure what to say.

Elsha thought for a second then replied, "I was taking a walk, then I saw an strange butterfly, I chased the butterfly, and the rest you know already. What about you?" She looked around, not spotting any other Saigh, she turned back to Torix, "No one's around... Strange, don't you think?" She waited for his awnser, then laid down in the greenish yellow grass.

Torix looked at her curiously before looking around. "Me? I just go wherever. You know follow where my feet take me."
He stretched for a second. "Eh maybe it's too hot or something." He sat down and scratched an ear, "They could be sleeping too."

"So where exactly have your feet carried you? Did you meet any unusual animals, or see any strange rocks or plants?" She asked excitedly, jumping to her paws. She blushed slightly as she sat down, "Sorry, I get excited at the chance of new things to learn about, I'm weird that way."

Canting his head to the side Torix watched Elsha. He chuckled softly, "Tis fine, and nothing much. Some interesting shapes trees perhaps. One reminded me of a rabbit."
He gave a lazy yawn. "Lot of times if you want to see something new and odd just look to the clouds when they're out." He smiled looking up. "Lots of times what you're looking to find is right up there."

"Yeah, I guess that's true," She said looking up at the sky,"Wonder what it's like up there..." She looked back at Torix, "So... Do you want to do anything? Like explore, or race, or just continue talking.... or something else completely?" She asked him.
"Because I feel like doing something right now...." She told him, then added quickly, "though if you want to keep talking.... that's fine"

Chuckling Torix thought for a second before grinning, "Exploring sounds fun." His tail flickered looking around.
"Perhaps the pretty lady should show the way?" He grinned of course he wasn't really sure what she called exploring so he'd let her pick where they went and what they explored.
