I watched a special on that, can't remember where right now, I think it might've been Glenn Beck. Anyway, the conclusion I drew from it was that the CIA did nothing illegal, because the techniques did not meet the definitions of what torture is. I personally think that they are torture, and the definition was wrong, but all in all, the techniques were within the guidelines. Again, I think the guidelines that define what torture is are wrong, but they were followed.
