Tactician's Tower was built in the namesake of Strategist's former identity, the only part of his old persona that was never thrown away. Built by the original Strategist, the tower sits at 486 feet tall, thirty stories high, and is equipped with some of the most state-of-the-art defense and information processing technology in the world. The structure itself is extremely powerful, able to withstand monstrous attacks without buckling or taking significant structural damage. Inside the tower, the first ten floors consist of living quarters for heroes who need to stay there, equipped with standard apartment amenities, including a kitchen area, bathroom, and living area. The eleventh floor consists of a training room with extremely heavy-to-moderate sized weights, so that even the strongest of heroes can get a good workout. The floor of this story is reinforced multiple times to withstand the incredible strain placed on it by these exercise machines. The twelfth floor consists of a massive swimming pool with locker rooms, showers, and a sauna. The thirteenth through sixteenth floors are recreation centers, a place where Strategist would not be caught dead hanging. There are pool tables, foosball tables, a basketball court, football field (full sized), an arcade, a battle simulator, and all the next-generation consoles, including the Nintendo DS, Playstation 3, XboX 360, Wii, PSP, and several PC with all the latest MMORPGs and simulation games. The higher floors all consist of devices and machines of unearthly technology. These devices do everything including make coffee for Strat's late nights in the Tower. In these floors, Strategist can track the locations of every hero in the League of Tactical Heroes, and can often track those who aren't members simply by their energy signatures. From here he can also monitor battles and get satellite photos of any area of the country he wishes. The top floor is Strat's office and living quarters, and few are permitted to enter, ever.
All heroes associated with the League of Tactical Heroes have access to the following amenities when on the field: direct link to their allies and to The Strategist and the leadership of the League through a communications earpiece, emergency teleportation from their location to the tower in case of a life-threatening situation, and access to the various amenities listed above that sit in the Tactician's Tower itself.
