Positron's Strong Tower is a stronghold difficult to breach and nearly impossible to destroy. The massive tower spans over a hundred stories and houses some of the most incredible technological equipment ever invented. Not a place a person would want to live, each floor is covered in electrical equipment, and certainly isn't any place a person would lounge, even if they could. Each hallway is crawling with armed guards, and heat and energy sensors prevent cloaking devices from being used to gain unauthorized entry. Unlike Tactician's Tower in Drake City, Positron's Strong Tower possesses no recreational or training equipment. When it comes to those things, as far as Positron is concerned, it's every man for himself. Positron's office is at the top floor, and any time someone is called up there, it's usually really bad news. Positron isn't known for having an angry attitude...and that's what is truly frightening. His sadistic attitude causes him to actually enjoy doing terrible things to people, so if he calls you up to his office for his amusement...watch out.The exterior of the tower is composed of polymerized titanium to prevent any kind of exterior attack from breeching the framework. The glass on the windows is all bulletproof, and there is a powerful energy-based force field domed around the building's perimeter. There is a DNA and brain-wave test to identify those cleared to enter just in case a shapeshifter tries to gain unauthorized access. A powerful villain operates the main gate whose main power is invulnerability.
Members of the League of Conquerers have access to the following amenities within or caused by the Tower itself: long range teleportation, country-wide radio communication with Positron and any other member of the League, and backup requests.
