It's hard to say that I was wrong, it's hard to say I miss you.. Introduction
There are the people who have the psychic abilities. Then there is the government agency that limits them, and often takes them to experiment on them. Division plans to turn these people into lethal weapons. They inject them with radioactive antidotes, which should boost their abilities. Most who are injected, do not accept the change and they die.
Most of the psychics try to run from Division, they hide out wherever they think they will not be found. Division has very powerful sniffs who can usually track a person. If a psychic is found, they usually pack and run again, in order to avoid being captured by Division.
If a Psychic is taken into Division, it is very hard to get out. Very few people have ever escaped Division.
This RP will tell about several psychics, and their efforts to avoid Division. This RP must have a decent amount of Psychics, and Division in order to work right.

1. No god-moding.
2. Posts need to be at least two sentences long.
3. You should type literately.
4. No chat or text speak.
5. You MUST pm me character profiles. Put PUSH RP in the subject
6. Romance and relationships are allowed, but keep it clean. You can infer to things, but then just time skip.
7. These may be added to, or changed when I see it necessary.

• Bleeder - Bleeders are able to scream at frequencies that can shatter solid objects and inflict lethal damage on living things by causing internal blood vessels and organs to explode. They can choose whether to attack their surroundings indiscriminately or an individual target exclusively.
• Mover - Movers are able to control the movement of objects with thoughts and hand gestures. They can also use this ability to create force shields around themselves to protect themselves and others from objects like bullets. These force shields can also be set out in blast waves.
• Pusher - Pushers are able to "push" thoughts, memories and suggestions into the minds of others in order to exercise control over their target. Their pupils dilate when their ability is being used. This ability can be used against each other.
• Shadow - Shadows are able to shield individuals or objects from clairvoyants, such as Sniffs and Watchers. A Shadow can block a Sniff indefinitely, but Watchers will eventually see through the shielding.
• Shifter - Shifters are able to convincingly alter the appearance of an object (e.g. making plain slips of paper look like money) and use them for their own gain. However, the initial object must be roughly the same size/appearance of the desired final fake object. The "shifted" object returns to its original shape after a period of time.
• Sniff - Sniffs are clairvoyants who can track people and objects by sniffing items their target has touched. This allows the Sniff to see both the history of the item as well as briefly see into the target's future and note their location. Recent and regular use of an object increases the effectiveness of the Sniff's ability.
• Stitch - Stitches can repair or more accurately manipulate human tissue, organs and bone through touch. This process is very traumatic to the person being touched. They can use this ability to heal or to create internal problems.
• Watcher - Watchers are far more versatile clairvoyants than Sniffs, only requiring a rough idea of their target to direct their visions. As their visions are also more complex than Sniffs, they will typically draw or sketch their visions as they experience them. If something happens that changes the future, the Watcher's vision will alter to follow this new course. The strength of a vision relies on the Watcher's strength in their ability. However, if their subject is not consciously choosing their actions (suffering from amnesia or following recorded instructions), his actions cannot be predicted.
• Wiper - Wipers are able to "wipe" or remove a period of time from an individual's memory. People desiring to evade Watchers often seek them out to disrupt their surveillance. This is done through close contact, normally the wipers' hands on their "victim's" head.
• Changer - Changers can alter their own appearance at will, to seemingly become someone else. The change is so granular that even vocal chords are apparently altered, so as to look and sound like the "target" of emulation.
• Pyros- Pyrokinesis is the manipulation of the individual atoms of an object, Pyros can excite the atoms causing an increase or decrease in temperature, and eventually the object will, depending on the properties of it, will boil, melt, or burst into flame, or freeze, become brittle, or shrink. *thanks to Daystar50 for help with pyros!*

A government agency who gathers psychics and runs experiments on them. The agents of Division are the strongest of their kind. Division is a very persistent group, once they choose that they want someone, they will not give up until they comprehend them.

1. You must ask permission to be a Pusher, because they have the ability to god mod people. Pushers will be very rare in this RP.
2. You may not kill a person’s character without discussing it with them first. You must have the okay for it.
3. For any battles that take place, you must choose a random number to determine the outcome of the battle. Set the numbers to be 1 to 20.
4. I have the right to limit the character types. Numbers need to be close to even.
5. I can add to the limitation list as I see fit.

Character name: Jillian Dennings

Psychic Ability: Pusher
Location: New York City

Likes: Music, literature, classy things, hair dye, outdoors, flowers.
Dislikes: Division, stubborn people, bugs, clowns.
Personality: Jillian is a very bubbly girl, she is excited easily, and rarely is angry or upset. She realizes that her time to have fun could end at any minute, so she lives her life to the fullest. She is a big party girl, and very flirty.
Background: Jillian was born into a family of normals, no one in her immediate family has psychic powers. She traced her family tree back, and found out that her great, great grandmother was a Watcher. Division first tried to get to Jillian when she was 7. They killed her parents, and took her away. She convinced them that they didn't want to take her in, so they let her go. She has been dodging Division ever since.
When Jillian was 16, she met a girl named Kat, they became friends, they were a really good pair. Kat was a Watcher, and with a Pusher, they were almost an unstoppable team. Kat soon took in her friend Stella, who was a stitch, and now the girls live together.

She is always paranoid that Division is tracking her, so she moves around a lot. She likes to lay low, and not grab too much attention. It is very hard to gain Kat's trust.
Background: Kat's mother was a Watcher, and her father was a Shadow. Division used their Watcher to track them down, and took them both, when Kat was 10. Kat's mother saw it coming, so she stashed money in an account for Kat, and left a message in one of her books on how to access it. In the message she also explained that Kat had to be cautious, because Division was everywhere. Kat obeyed her mother's orders, and rarely settles in one place for too long, and she does not trust people easily.

She has been friends with Kat since they were toddlers, so she is often cleaning up messes Kat gets herself into.

Ever and Seth had a few encounters with the Division. They escaped narrowly each time. They look out for eachother like a brother and sister.

He loves to read and draw. He loves being outdoors. Dislikes: Seth hates to be indoors for long periods of time. It makes him feel trapped. He hates pushy people. He doesn't like how Ever takes on more responsibility then she can usually handle. He doesn't like people who pick on others. Seth is terrified of small, dark places. Personality: Seth is kind and outgoing. He likes attention, but only from good people. He is honest and caring. He enjoys the freedom of having free roam of the city. He likes to take care of himself, though Ever is always there to help. He has a quick temper, though. The only one he really has patience for is Ever. Seth didn't become aware of his powers until after he ran away with Ever. He treats Ever like his sister, though she usually acts like the older one, even though she is a year younger. Background: She was running away from her husband when she got pregnant.
She answered a ad in the paper for a test. Division was running the tests, she became a Shadow, and her daughter was suspected to then have a ability. When she gave birth, her daughter was taken away. She found her daughter a year later and set her free. She pinned a name tag on her. Esmée. She then became a very good shadow and worked her way up. She broke free and is starting a new life.

Number of years as an Agent: 10 Years after trying to alude the Division for 5 years crossing the globe trying to get away from the Division but was taken in Shanhia and had his memory altered to try and get any information about others that he met on his travels
Location: Currently Tokyo looking for a Physic but his perment residence is in London England
Likes: Sakura trees, long walks, those who are as strong of will as himself, a challenge, and a hot toy
Dislikes: an easy target, bleeders, technology, the change (this is part of his old self coming up, the wipers that changed his mind weren't able to get rid of all of his mind and the old him is coming back)
Personality: Zelmeth is a very emotional person that always tried to help those around him that were trying to get away from Division. He is able to work hard when he has a reason to but otherwise only works for saving his own skin. Ismu is a power hungry hunter that will stop at nothing to get his prey, he has caused many problems at Division because of the destruction that he leaves in his wake. he cares only of himself and his newest toy. so to keep him occupied Division gives him a new toy ever few months.
Background: Zelmeth was one of the top Phyros in the world and he was a very strong force to be reckoned with even for Division because he was an expert of deciet as well as his ability. He visited several Wipers to learn from them he was hoping that he would be able to save himself from division if he was ever caught. He knew from a premonition that a Watcher gave him when he was talking to one that he would survive the change when he was caught from Division and ever since that day he worked round the clock to try and find a way to save himself so that even when he got caught he would be able to be an individual and not one of the division. As Ismu he found many of those that he went to try and get a way to save himself but Zelmeth was smart enough to get a wiper to modify his memory so that when he got caught the new himself wouldn't remember the reason that he went to see these wipers and watchers. Ismu was well feared because once he was set to get someone he always found him, and there was no way that anyone could beat him in a fight because he was so strong to begin with and then the Division made him even stronger.

It's hard to say that I was wrong, it's hard to say I miss you.. Kat woke in the one room apartment that she shared with her buddies, and went into the kitchen. She turned on the coffee pot, and pulled out a box of cheerios and began to eat them out of the box. Kat grabbed her sketch book and began to doodle out what she saw. When she realized what it was she panicked. She went and shook Stella, and Jillian to wake them. "Guys, we have got to go NOW." She said urgently, as she began to shove her possessions into her messenger bag.
Jillian was the first of the two girls to catch on to the panic that was rushing through Kat. She sat up, and rubbed her eyes, "Are you sure?" she asked sleepily. When Kat nodded she shook Stella again, "Dear, you have to get up." She cooed, when Stella sat up she was satisfied and began to stuff her things into her duffel.
Stella sat up and her eyes shot wide. Her she grabbed her bag, which she never unpacked and stuffed in some of the bottles of alcohol into her bag. "Kat, I am getting your stash." She yelled, then she grabbed her toothbrush out of the bathroom, along with the other girls.
When all of the girls were packed they rushed out of the building, and took back alleys. They were walking very quickly. They didn't slow their pace until they reached the south of the city. Then they went into a Chinese restaurant to get some food.

Ismu walked into the room ten minutes after they had left, "Dam* i let them get away again. i have to catch them soon or division will be mad at me." then Ismu thought to himself, " if i had just woke up in the early morning and had to run out of the house where would i go first?" and then he heard his tummy growl and said out loud, "Food" and started to take off, "but they would know not to try and go anywere close so if i were them i would go to a place to eat at the other edge of town." So Ismu started running using his ability to excite his musles so he could run fastser then all humans, ' i would go somewhere with a good selection" he said to himself and when he put his map of the city out he started looking around and saw a chinese resturant and said, "thats where i would go as Zelmeth to escape and this group thinks like Zelmeth so that is where i think that they will be." So Zelmeth ran to the door of the chinese resturant

It's hard to say that I was wrong, it's hard to say I miss you.. The girls were sitting in a booth at the back of the restaurant. There were a lot of people in the dining area, so even if the agent found them, it would be hard to get them.
Kat frowned when she saw the guy from her vision walk in. "That's him guys, but stay cool. He can't do much here." She told her friends.
Jill looked at the guy and grinned, he was decent looking. She turned to speak to Stella and Kat, "He won't be an issue. I can just push away his thoughts of being a division member, everything will be cool." she assured them.
Stella grimaced, "Jill, I don't think that is a good idea. He could get rid of the thought and then we would be screwed." she said quietly. Stella had ordered sweet and sour chicken, and she was just pushing it around her plate. She was always uneasy when they were on the run.
Kat shushed the other girls and stared as the guy got closer. They all got quiet and ate their foods.Since you've been gone, it's not the same..

Zelmeth looked around for someone that he knew Ismu completely gone, "there they are. it is so easy to spot those that run out of bed, because you can tell by their hair" Zelmeth said as he smiled and walked torward the girls in the back of the room and said to the leader he thought, "you know it is rather easy to see you just got out of bed. You need to be better or anyone could come find you even Division would be able to see you." Zelmeth said with a smile never knowing that Ismu was tracking these people Zelmeth just wanted to help them get out of town, sometimes Zelmeth overrode Ismu when he was close to getting his prey so Zelmeth had no idea why he was in this resturant other then he did feel hungry and he always liked to help people in need, especially those that were running like him from Division
