Raiden was a bit unhappy that his dad had set him up with another pony. Why couldn't he have been the one to pick? Most of it didn't make sense to him anyways, but he just went along with it. Hopefully she was nice enough or patient to deal with him, but yet he hopped that she wouldn't be like his sister always scolding him.

Snow Candy walked into the glade. She was curious why she was being set up with another pony. She was a tad unsure of what that meant, but she trusted her mom. She swished her tail nervously.

Raiden looked as he noticed another pegasus unicorn like himself. "Hello," he called out. "Are you the one called Snow Candy?" He wasn't really used to being social but his dad wanted him to find a mate for him eventually, but Raiden was so confused.

Snow Candy looked up when she heard her name.
"Hello! Yes I'm Snow Candy. Are you Raiden?"
She looked at him quizzically. He looked cute.

Raiden was a bit shocked at first. He wasn't expecting his father to hook him up with another pegasus unicorn such as himself. "Yes I am." He tried to picture what his dad had told him: Light blue coat with red hair and a candy cane marking. It definitely was her alright no doubt about it. "I don't know about you, but I'm so lost on a lot of things."

She giggled. "Don't worry. We can find what you lost. So how are you?" She walked a bit close and settled her wings along her back.

Raiden sort of smiled sheepishly. "Alright...well it's more of confusion lost then losing something." He thought for a second. "Well I'm alright for today. It is a tad bit hot, but swimming can always fix that. What about you?" He watched her trying to take in what she looked like. She wasn't too bad for a pegasus unicorn. In his mind she was actually cute.

She saw him looked at her and smiled. "Ah I see. Oh I'm good. Just a bit sleepy from the heat. A swim sounds nice." She smiled wistfully at the thought.

Raiden sort of smiled. "Alright. I know a good spot." He stretched out his wings for a sec. "Would you prefer to walk or fly there?"

"You do? Wonderful! I think Fly!" She jumped and flew into the air. She circled and waited for him.

"Ok." Raiden opened his huge wings before flapping them once before getting into the air. "Well it's not to bad this way I'll say." He then took off for the south hoping she would follow him. "It's a pond, but if you want I could lead you towards the sea if you desire something more challenging to swim in."

She watched him fly up and followed him. "A pond is fine. I'm not picky." She smiled.

Raiden nodded his head. "Alright." Eventually after flying for so long he landed near a lake. "I thought we could use a bigger place that way we could have more room." He eventually waded into the water.

She smiled and dived into the water. She surfaced and shook out her hair. "Ah! That is much better. Thanks."

Raiden smiled as he watched her hop in. "You're welcome although I really don't mind being around you for some strange reason. Normally with others I get so tense, but for some reason I'm not like that with you." He shrugged.
