Name: Quigly
Appearance: Spikey blond hair, blue eyes, lean, runner's body. Approximately 5'9" tall.

He's a straight 16 year old boy who moved to Japan with his parents when he was about 3. Since his father's retirement from the US military, Quigly has been attending boarding schools. His mother thought this would be best since his father has a temper. He never thought Quigly was a good son, even though he's done nothing to make his father think otherwise. His roommate's name is Chiro, and they get along very well. They're more like brothers than roommates, but I guess that's what happens when you room with the same boy for three years at least.
