:[ Personality ]: An energetic Pae'il, he's always got some adventure ready to begin

:[ Current Abilities ]: Phelan is able to change form into a select few animals, and normally, he has certain animal-like characteristics: better hearing, zooming vision, strong retractable claws, and certain muscular abilities of animals.

:[ Weapons ]: Practically being a weapon himself, Phelan probably won't spend much time using weapons himself. If he had to choose however, he would probably go for katars, as they just increase and strengthen his claws.

:[ Current Abilities ]: He can control all technical/electrical things (Lightbulbs, toasters, cars, computers, etc etc). He can build or dissemble any of these objects and knows every and all ways to use them.
:[ Associated Element(s) ]: Telecyber powers
:[ Weapons ]: He usually has on a sort of cyborg forearm-glove-thing, that is able to shoot out chips that gave electric shocks. Also, he has cyborg parts over one eyes and around his ear, as well as on his chest and leg.

:[ Personality ]: Very laid-back, he thrives on the fact that things have come easier to him, but he tries not to cross over into being arrogant
:[ Likes ]: Watching over the world, reading, and training
:[ Dislikes ]: Cold things, the idea of death, threats
:[ Current Abilities ]: Sucks heat away from any living being giving it off.

:[ Weapons ]: His weapons of choice are two clubs, one per hand. Despite their weight, Ronan's able to use them quickly and efficiently- tossing them around in each hand isn't a problem.
