I wish my PT was like yours.
All we do in my PT is stretch and play either flag football or heavy ball.

Such easy PT days! it does seem difficult in the beginning, but as it goes on it gets easier. I used to be proud of my fitness in my early years of JROTC, but now that i'm leading the exercises myself on PT, i struggle to give them a workout they can handle.
They say i do too much, but i am giving them about 1/8 of it. that is aside from the fact that i have a much harder workout with the Staff before school.
but i admit that if i had a crappy day i might just give em a little more to do, but never more than i can do. i do everything with them.
our JROTC doesn't have a fitness team, but a good number of our staff get pumped for PT days and do our best to get everyone pumped. makes workouts easier and more rewarding.
just don't think of PT as slave labor or a punishment or assignment. think of it as a reward, you must want to push yourself! you'll enjoy the results! i promise!

Wow some peoples PT days are hard core! Ours are kinda lazy since some of our seniors dont care about our unit anymore. All we do is make obstacle courses and use them while being shot at with a tennis ball launcher. Its ALOT of fun but nothing beats a good workout.

I love PT i think its why I joined my jrotc xD we always do a bunch of s**t pullups,pushups,situps,1-3 mile run, jumping jacks. Its a great way to get in shape and see what you need to work on + if you get the ''top jock'' award like my unit does you get to have bragging rights until you lose it xD

We do PT daily, not because it is scheduled, but because most of the class seems to have ADD. They see a bug than lose their focus and start talking to which our class leader (a senior cadet) responds to with push ups we switched to Marine push ups last month (they are down, forward, back, up.)

I may be from a Navy JROTC, but our school is heavy on Marine Corps drill and etiquette. Our rifle drill is Marine Corps, Our marching drill uses Marine Corps step. And our punishments are Marine Corps... I'm pretty sure Marine Corps pushups are quick 3 count cadence followed by a count. ex, pushup position, 1(down), 2(up), 3(down), push up and count 1! so basically every 1 Marine Corps push up is 2 regular, but they're snappy and precise.

You sound offended by what I said. Also that 4 count push up is standard for Army too, not just MC. also it is 1 down,2 up ,3 down ,4 up =1, not 123 = 1.
