It is not developed by Nippon/Ichi; but it is brought by Atlus, known for bringing Disgaea as you all already know. Its release date is scheduled for November 8. It actually got bumped back a week due to issues with the packaging. It is now Nov. 15th, per ATLUS.

Can't you get an art-book with it or something...think I heard that somewhere. the only version that is produced comes with the artbook and i own it the game is great the art is great though the game could have been a little and i mean little better the art couldnt.((also people who compare this to any FF game are out of their minds it is nothing like them))

Eh, I own the game. If you're into training to get stronger in games....go get another game. As soon as you kill all the monsters in the field, they disappear until the story progresses further. The skills irritate me because mages can only learn one type of spell depending on who it is:
Eonis: Attack only
Reith and everyone else: Attack and healing/water ice only.
Learning spells/techs takes forever. And well...the story takes forever to take off.
In my opinion it gets a low score...i'm thinking of selling it, but Atlus makes rare games so i'm not.

I liked the graphics for spell casting/techs. But Azel and Calintz still strike me as a highly possible shounen ai pairing, simplye because they're sooo metro...along with Orha lol.
But Orha would probably rip either one of them a new one before they got close sweatdrop

It's a VERY hard game at times. Not only do you have to keep the combos perfect (I always have my charisma dropping more often than not), but it's tricky to not get killed at certain times.

I can never get Haren to like me...therefore, I don't use him much....>< And i'm irritated that:
Healers can only use water/ice spells
The only other mage can only use fire/lightning and earth/mountain.
There are no wind/sky skills that aren't sword styles.
There are no earth/mountain skills that aren't fist styles.
ARGH!!!!
