Two shinigami stand at guard near the mouth of a dark cave. The stone seems to be covered in some sort of charm. Placed many years back by the founders of the gotei, the charms where placed to keep those within the cave powerless. Locking their spiritual powers, his charm serves as a weapon as well a a solid defense. Deep within the cave is a large cell with two more guards at its gate. This was the cell to hold the former captain and not defector Mayuri. The cell is now marked with another name. "He who dwells in this cell, Kagaya Ookami.".
A patrol has been sent to detain the defector and hold him in prison until his hearing date.
"Visiting hours from 2pm-6pm, No zanpakuto allowed within the nest"

"Here we are, Kagaya Ookami." Kei said to his prisoner as the Maggots Nest came into view. "This will be your home for the next few weeks or so. You are allowed to have visitors during the allowed time set up." He looked back over his shoulder to look towards the shinigami. "Once inside, do not resist. There are spells put into place to keep you in check."

Kei stopped walking, as did the others. He walked back to Kagaya and place a hand on his shoulder. "It's not that I think you will try to resist. I am just suppose to tell you these things. In all honesty, I think we should house you somewhere else. The Maggots Nest is only meant for threats against the Soul Society." Kei sighed as he let go of the shinigami. "The matter of the fact is that you did go to Aizen, and you did kidnap a captain. The higher ups will hold that against you to the very end."

"It's okay Kei, I understand, why do you think I didn't resist, I'm trying to show everyone that I am trustworthy, and in all actuality, Aizen took me and used the hougyoku on me making my hollow take over. The only reason I became strong enough to defeat my hollow was because I was fighting for Yukari, I love her Kei. She saved me and she doesn't even know it, after you put me in my cell, can you go tell her that for me, I didn't really know how to." He said as he started to walk towards the maggots nest without any help, it was for the best.

"Yeah, I will tell her for you." Kei replied, than looked towards one of his shinigami. "Take him inside, make sure he makes it to the correct cell. Than inform Soutaichou that he has been apprehended without incident. I am going to go talk to Yukari." Kei shunpo'd off back towards Seireitei.
The shinigami that he ordered to help Kagaya walked up to the shinigami and walked beside him until they reached the door. "I will go show you your cell, than you will be free to do as you wish inside until lights out." He informed Kagaya as the door opened. "Now follow me please."

A tall blonde shinigami walks through the cell area of the nest. As head guard, Robert Edwoods a rare western shinigami patrols the halls and ensures safety of those captive in the area. In his left hand he holds a scroll sent to him by the central 46, his duel zanpakuto click as he walks. He is one of the few allowed with the walls to hold a zanpakuto.

Kagaya walked beside the shinigami. "So what's your name?" Kagaya asked as they walked down into the cave that is the maggots nest.

"I am Yoshimitsu." The shinigami replied, than spotted Robert. "Robert Edwoods, here is the new prisoner." He said, than gave a small bow to the head guard.

Waiting at the cell marked for Kagaya, Edward strikes up a cig. Softly taking a drag his eyes close and his head rests back against the silver bars. He slowly lets the smoke release from his lungs as a sigh escapes. His eyes shift to the left as he notices a dim light coming his way. Quickly edward opens the cell door and stands at the opening.

"Thank you for talking with me Yoshimitsu. Can I just go to my cell please, I would like to think, I just don't want to be a bother to anyone." Kagaya said as he bowed to both of the shinigami.

"Yes, of course." Yoshimitsu untied the rope that bounded Kagaya's hands, and started to make his way out of the Maggot's Nest.

Kagaya walked inside of the cell and sat down, silent the whole time.

With the burning tabacco between his index and middle finger he opens the scroll slowly. He places the cig on his lower lip, letting it hand a bit as he begins to read.
"Ookami, Kagaya. The central 46 has issued your arrest due to your defect to aizen, the intention to harm and or kill shinigami and the kidnaping of a captain." Edward looks up a bit shocked not having held anyone in this situation before. "Thats some deep s**t.." He says as before taking another drag and soon after letting it out. "Your hearing will take place at noon tomarrow. I wish you luck..." He closes the cell and it locks, the scoll closes as he turns to the other shinigami.
"Thanks for bringin em, Tell your captain he needs to come here tomarra to help transfer him to the hearing room..."

"All right, I will make sure he gets the message." Yoshimitsu replied with a bow, than exited the cave.
