Unlike most grocery stores in London, Simon's has a plethora of spells placed on it so that the bizarre things magical shoppers do are not noticed by browsing muggles. Also, most signs indicate the price of food in American dollars... weird, huh?

*Picks up an apple, considering it for a moment before putting it down and picking up a green one.* I really don't see why the little buggers would hang around a grocery... It's kinda lame, you know?

They could go to the mall... *Puts the green apple away, frowning at the fruit display* I can't pick one... *Looks up to him* Help?

D3ath 3aters aren't known for their great planning skills. *Snorts, plucking a yellowed apple from the stand with nimble fingers* Here. 'Apple a day' yeah? *Grins*

*Scrunches her nose at the apple* Yellow? No.
*Picks the green one back up again* You eat that one.

Because I thought you would pick a decent apple...not yellow.
*Rolls her eyes* Poptarts don't count as breakfast.

They do when they've got a side of bacon. *Grins yet again, looking relaxed as he plucks her chosen apple from her grasp* This one's got a little bruise, see? Bad pick.

Does not....*Falters, watching a group of teenagers filter in through the entrance.*
*Takes it back from Teddy, placing it back on the shelf before walking around the other side of the stand, heels clicking as she moves* Maybe I should just get an orange..

How about a candybar and a beer like a normal 20something? *Following her along the displays, casual though he is also watching the teenagers, glancing over to check for clothing or tattoos associated with D3ath 3aters*

Clean. *Murmurs quietly and lazily as he holds a pear to look over it, as though responding to a conversation rather than reporting on the possible D3ath 3ater affiliation of the teenagers* It's afternoon, late enough.

Shift isn't over until tomorrow morning, Teddy. *Pokes him in the nose, relaxing a bit as the teens wander off to buy junk food and magazines*

*Lips slide into a comfortable grin as he brushes her hand away from his face, gathering her fingers in his own to pull her towards the potato chip display* I'm up for some crisps.
