Default sized room. Upon entering, the bed is on the left next to the window. A small lap sits on a 3 drawer next to the bed. Across the room in the right corner is a desk and chair. In the right corner closer to the door is a cupboard. A long dark rug lay on the ground in the middle of the room.
Semi OCC: Talk to me out of character here if you want to, but write it like this:

Leo finishes unpacking his clothes and stands up, looking at his new room.
This is home now... he thinks.
On the floor next to his bed was a slip of paper. It was a list of the school rules that he had written down, just to make sure he didnt make any mistakes while here.
"No revealing your demon form in the school," Leo quotes, reading one of the rules.
Then i'll have to find somewhere in the forest to practice.

Feonix silently walks to Leo's room and knocks on the door. "Inspection. All new tenants must have their room inspected." Feonix says in a very formal voice.

Leo walks over to the door, recognising Feonix's voice. He slides open the door and smiles. "Hey Feo, come on in."
"I didnt know that there were room inspections," Leo says as he walks into his room and tidys his desk a little. "So, is my room ok?"

"Thank you. Its not called 'inspection' formally its just Feonix making sure that tenants chose the correct room."

"Well then Sir. Feonix," Leo says with a sarcastic smile "have i selected the correct room? Or are you here to evict me?"

Leo's breath got stuck somewhere between his throat and his lungs when Jason appears at his door. He appears to have followed Feonix to Leo's room.
"What do you want?" Leo asks with a hint of coldness in his voice.

Leo stans silently as Jason stares at the ground, clearly ashamed about what happened at the ocean cliff earlier. Leo fold his arms and looks into one of the corners, not looking in Jasons direction as he says "First impressions are often the most important...hopefully your second impression will be less traumatic that your first."
Leo looks back at Jason and stands quietly, waiting for him to speak.

Jason stays silent for awhile finding it hard to apologize to an elemental. "I am sorry for what I did.... also I would like to say why I did those things, if you are willing to listen"? he asks Leo.

Jason sighs and then he starts his story, "I Jason Monstrona have an evil inside of me known as Abaddon who has the power to take over and control my body" he starts saying " but of late I have been trying to control him, keep him in line this will allow me to control his powers and make them mine" Jason takes a breath and continues "I tried a special ritual to control Abaddon.... But something went wrong and his evil took over me, yet I feel it was not Abaddon that took over just his evil...." Jason says "I... am sorry..." He says again.

Leo smiles as Jason says sorry at the end of his recount. "It's ok. No one was killed, so it turned out ok."
Leo holds out a hand for Jason to shake. "Truce?" he asks.

Jason looks at the hand with cold eyes. ~Here is your chance cut his hand of and drive a blade into his heart~ Abaddon says to Jason, Jason ignores the voice in his head, and shakes Leo's hand. "It will be strange for me to ally with an Elemenal, but maybe this can be a good thing" Jason says to Leo.

Leo smiles when Jason takes his hand. "Indeed, but i am no ordinary Elemental," Leo says in reply. "I'm sure i'm not the same as some others you have met. Hence, i think we can be allies successfully."
