As the family seemed to be gathering, Ahote wandered over as well. He had yet to actually meet his two other brothers. They were...Keme and Lucius...strange names to him... Ohanzee Approached after taking one of his younger sons, and his closest daughter hunting with him. A proud smile covered his mawl, though the young muddy cub was fast asleep. Kaya was a few feet behind her father, a rabbit hung from her teeth. Her long tongue, which she'd gotten from her father, hang low, visable just slightly. "I caft ai raffit!!!" Mahkah purred softly, nuzzling up to his father's warm chest. He had managed to get himself a mouse, which he now held like a doll to his belly.

Annelise watched her daughter Kaya, as she smiled approval at the rabbit in her mouth. Her and Mahkah looked so much alike, she noticed as she spotted the mouse Mahkah held to his belly like a doll. Anne couldn't help but to chuckle at the sight. He looked so cute with his father. "Good morning darling," she greeted her mate with a purr and nuzzle.
Lucius heard the soft padding of his father, sister and his other two brothers. He listened quietly and waited. When his mother started purring, he looked up at his father. With his one muddy paw, he gently whacked at his father's mane and giggled.
Keme came out of the den to his almost all of his family. The young ones were so quiet, he wandered if he was a loud cub or just as calm as them when he was little. "Kaya!" he said before trotting up to her, "Good morning all." He smiled a greeting to his father, brothers and sister, before sitting down next to them.

A loud and slightly alarming growl came from the throat of one perturbed lioness. With narrowing eyes she couldn't help but make an even deeper sound from her throat in protest. It was just like Nenetl to go venturing off, unknown to her family why, and then show back up again for no reason at all. It was, in fact, at this very moment that Nenetl was cursing in her mind the very location that she had ended up in. Unlike the rest of her family she was more object to the setting, of get-togethers as it were, and preferred her solitude to most everything else. Okay, so that wasn't entirely true, she also enjoyed inflicting pain and death... but that was something else entirely and if it weren't for the fact that these creatures were related to her she may have very well made sure festering wounds were their demise.. but she had been raised better than that, hadn't she?
Shifting from the darkness of a tree, the newly formed adult lioness stood there, watching the family with a less than amused look on her face. It was quite easy to see that she looked just like her mother, almost identical, but her own personality was very different than the woman who raised her...

Annelise lounged around with a small smile, as she watched them all. She was very protective of the little ones, especially since her daughter had gone off on her own. Anne had always feared and loved her daughter, but it seemed Nenetl had liked to be by herself quite a bit. A growl, that sounded that of a predator alarmed Annelise. Her eyes searched fearfully, through the brush and stopped near the shadows of a tree. Something shifted and lurked there. Annelise's eyes softened, as she realized the white color among the darkness. She didn't say a thing to the others, and wandered over to her daughter. "You've grown beautifully." Anne sat just feet away, observing her daughter with warm eyes.

Nenetl's eyes shifted the direction they were peering off toward. They narrowed in their emanate darkness, no light coming from them, as she watched the female who gave birth to her. Knitting her brows together in a tight fashion, she tried hard to finally let her eyes soften.. if only for a moment. She noted her mother, quietly sitting there for moments until she only slightly touched the older female's cheek with her nose. "...."

Annelise smiled warmly as she watched her daughter's eyes soften slightly. She wished Nentel was still a cub; she wished she could've given her daughter more than what she had. Always Anne feared it was the way she raised them all together, but her first daughter was usually off on her own. She regretted not venturing around with her, and only hoped she could one day make up for the lost time. Taking a small step forward, Annelise touched her nose to her daughter's cheek in the same fashion. "So you've managed well, but I have to wander, do you ever miss home?" her tone was motherly and kind, and was as well full of the concerns and love only a mother could express to her children.
