Job: Currently a heiress, although she's said to be an amazing artist. She also owns 'Papillon' a bar / lounge / club / Restaurant.

Personality: Dreamer is quite the intellectual and is proud of that. She doesn't like to overly flaunt her brains though. She knows that there are people out there who feel that they are smart enough to know everything. She is not one of them. She doesn't know everything and that is why she enjoys learning something new or about someone new. The world is full of wisdom and she only has touched the surface of it.
She can be a bit of a dreamer. She will admit that she sometimes have a wild imagination and there are times when she will stare off into space letting it go wild. Dream tries not to let her mind wonder but she can't always control it. She does enjoy her ability to dream of the future and how she would like it to be though. That helps her set goals to work toward and she tries to stay hopeful that one day this world will be better than it is. One can only hope though.
Dreamer has an amazingly strong will and large pride. At least, that's what her mother says. Whenever she has a belief stuck in her head it's very hard to make it go away. Dream tends to stand up for what she believes in and she knows her rights from wrong. The pride she received from her people, who always had to work for the things they wanted. A lot of people when first meeting her will find her a bit too stuck up.
 Dream has a tendency to be a little daring. If she wants to do something chances are she's going to do it, even if it's a little dangerous. Some might consider that to be a little stupid but she could care less. Dreamer likes feeling free even though she knows she's not. She wants to make her choices on her own and will face the consequences they bring.
Most consider Dreamer to be a little mysterious. That's just because it's always been hard to tell what she's thinking or even what she actually is. She's gotten good at seeming emotionless, though she can still feel every emotion known to man. To some she's extremely hard to figure out in fact most people think that she's hard to analyze.
Because of her large pride, strong will and the shroud of mystery that surrounds her, most people avoid her at best. And they have good reason to! Dreamer can become quite snobbish and shallow at times, not really enjoying the presence of people she doesn't know well. The first thing that one might notice of her is that she is a slightly reserved woman. When first meeting people she tends to be the person to hardly speak and simply smiles because she doesn't want to get involved.
Dream can be quite caring and talkative though, enjoying herself, clubbing and partying are a necessity in her night life. Though most don't see this side unless they have a closely knighted bond with her, or are family.
History: Not much is known about this young lady, only that she recently moved to Vargash recently. In fact, no one really knows what kind of business she's really into; nor how she gained that fortune she seems to be flaunting around in the city.
Dreamer Josephine Eversong was born fifth daughter to one of the largest royal families of her kind, though what her people are is still unknown. She was born just a little before the crisis ended, though her family even if royal was unable to acquire their own essentics. While she may have been of royal blood their race seems to lack any kind of money or resources since the crisis had began. It had wiped out most of what her race did and so slowly, her people died.
It wasn't until the essentics were banned and her people regained some of their composure and money; the fae were quite good at finding essentics and destroying them with their magic. And as things returned to normal Josephine was thrown into the real life of a soon to be Duchess at the young age of twenty years. She was taught how to be proper, hosting parties and how to run her own business. But by the time she was a 'teenager' they had cramped her with so much royalty she rebelled.
Dreamer was reformed to what she is now today, a high class woman that looks down upon others as if they were nothing. When the time came she took over her family's name as Duchess Eversong and took her seat as one of the court ladies. It was then she turned her interest to law and became Grand Duchess of the court of her people, a great accomplishment her family was proud of. Her word was now law.
And then over the years it got tiring and boring, Dreamer wanted something new; she wanted to move and go somewhere she could do as she pleases and be known to the city as one of it's great nobles. With a few months of prep, she managed her affairs and moved. Without marrying she set of for Vargash as noble heiress, without title nor family. She fully took on the role of owner of well a known lounge know as 'Papillon', and can always been seen in the building at some point during the day; giving the previous owner enough money so he could retire. Though nothing else has happened since her move to Vargash, things are certainly about to change.
