I CONTACTED WESDEN_GIRL ABOUT ACCOUNTS THAT WERE HACKED AND NOTHING WAS EVER DONE ABOUT IT. HERE IS WHAT SHE TOLD ME:

admins aren't working on guilds - devs are. Hacked accounts are handled through our community service group. They should report the issue again if its been that long.

I somehow doubt anything will be done, I have several GGB members that have been hacked and we just had another get caught by one of those private message ones.

That people get caught out by those PM scams worry me ...
Gaia TELL'S you many times not to believe any names that aren't coloured.
I've seen a few good news stories but most people claiming to be hacked have not been.

Unfortunatly we have a 2nd member that can confirm the hack occured.
I am rather surprised she was caught by it as well but she was.
