Did you know: That a long time ago i was hit by a stone from the sky, it hit me on my head, a couple fragments pierced the skin on my neck as if a baby saber tooth bit me. After awhile i began to notice everyone else was aging and dying while i lived at the same age... a long time passed. I built a tomb to rest in located far from any tribe or geographically known location. Taking my slumber there, I slept for many ages until my tomb was disturbed by people, disappearing before being noticed i left to travel this new and unknown world that has changed.

Yes, you would. If you allowed bacteria and fungi and whatnot to build up, which they inevitably would (if you're sleeping, you're not washing or moving about much, so you'd end up coating yourself in layers of your own shed dead skin...) you would begin to decompose. The only question is whether your body's rate of repair would be faster that its deterioration.
Hence things like trench foot, foot rot, gangrene and all that jazz.

Like walking into a dream, so unlike what you've seen...You know... you don't know... wow what kind of ditch did you sleep in forever. That is a fail. And plus when you woke up you most likely would be wondering what was up with the buildings and stuff. ...so unsure but it seems, 'cause we've been waiting for you.

confused I love how people are trying to argue something that isn't true (someone is 2k+ years old).
Its okay people, just play along. You don't need to go into the scientific details about how your body would compose.
