Home. After months of wandering, months of living a lifestyle that wasn't hers...Codail and her family would have a HOME. A place of peace, where the cubs could grow up safe and Codail and Muscail could rest their paws at last. They would not be able to take up positions like those they had once held...but they could find places to belong. Both she and Muscail could hunt. And Codail was wonderful with cubs, even those not her own.
She'd followed Kachero on his tour of the lands, her sister, niece, and youngest son in tow. And she'd loved every inch of the renewing land. And now...she lay outside the borders, a smile of contentment on her face. All was well. Now they just needed to talk with the leader of the pride...the Umande'mfuni.

Chincha'Jibari had been named for his loyal, loving demeanor. He had been nothing but jovial to his family, and loved them all with a passion. His heart, belonged to his mother. The main woman in his life, Chincha felt sure he'd never need a a mate. He had someone to love him already.
His little white tipped paws trotted behind hid mother, his bright blue eyes staring around to make sure that they were safe. His dark grey body was different than her ivory body; though he looked like a completely inverted version of herself.
"It looks all clear momma!" He said proudly.

Codail chuckled and moved to nuzzle her youngest. "Thank you, Chincha. You're a good guard." She purred. "And...soon, you'll have less to worry about, love." He and Ia'eh...they were so mature for their ages. It made the pale lioness proud and sad at the same time.
"The lands we visited today, with the splotchy brown and green cub...If the queen of that pride lets us stay, it will be our new home." She smiled calmly. "A place where you and the others can explore and play and learn without having to worry about things snatching you away."

Oh he did not like the idea of things snatching him away. He blinked, but when she said they'd be safe from it, the cubs tense body relaxed and he took a breath.
"Oh yay! And I can go and play, and no big bad hyena can come take me away!" He said,, his eyesbrows coming together as he said 'big bad hyena' as any young toddler who was passionate about the evil thing in their story.
He flicked his tail, and nuzzled his mothers leg, purring a bit.
