 Moss green fur shifted about as the male moved just waking up form a long rest. The sun was just beginning to rise over the land, and for once he had no where to go. Callisto had taken their pups off to hunt in the mountains for a week as a bonding expierence. While he was left here to do what he pleased for once.
Standing up and streching out, his lean and rather long legs were dusted with dirt. His cream stockings were now a brown color from resting in the dirt. Skaing himself off he yawned and started on his walk to the stream for a drink of water.

 Morning. That was supposed to bring inner peace, the waking to a new day with a fresh start. Yet these days Adrieal awoke with a renewed sense of fright as though something heavy layed upon his soul. Where was peace in the constant obscurity of paranoia and fear? Why did he have to feel hunted down? And why was it that he felt a sense of impending doom, that he should be preparing for something grim . . . ?
Water. He just needed water to clear his head was all. Drowsily the teen arose from the ground, doddling to the river drunkenly; it was clear by his movements that he had not had much sleep these days. The painted eyebrows on his face were currently now scowling as he was forced to appear by their position, but rather they were pulled down into sluggish mourning as he swung his head into the water carelessly with a splash. Yup, that woke him up really quickly, and Adrieal tugged his head up and coughed up what part of the river that decided to jump up his nose and open mouth.
It was only then that he noticed the elder wolf coming for a drink as well. Not wanting to be a bother, he turned his head awayand continued to rid himself of the pesky water, his emaciated body shaking each time. Stupid way to ruin a morning . . .

The male jumped down off a rock and saw the other wolf coughing up water and shoting it out of his nose. He wanted to make sure that this youngster ws alright.
Walking over he held his tial up a little bit showing his dominace just incase this male was going to act rash. "Excuse me, young one. But are you alright?" He asked looking over at his face which was in a permante scowl. It seemed as though this male had face paint on him.

It took Adrieal a few moments to be able to sputter out so much as a syllable: "Y-yeah . . ." Stubbornly coughing a few more times, he switched to simply clearing his throat, glancing the wolf up and down. "S-S-Sorry, didn't m-mean to bother you." 'Dri tried not to look him in the eyes, belivieing his permanent scowl might rouse more aggressive feelings in the adult than was neccessary. Already he was tucking his tail between his legs, bowing his head once more to the river; despite the near-drowning, he was very parched, and it showed as he guzzled more water, almost choking once more in his fervent efforts.
Drenched down to the base of his throat, Adrieal swung his head and addressed the strangely green wolf's paws. "A-Am I near packlands? I-I'm s-s-s-sorry if I trespassed, I'll leave r-right away, s-s-sir, I was just a-a little thirsty is all."

Kato almost laughed. "My boy, i am no alpha, nore in any pack" He said and a smile arose on his face. This child was scared to death, of him! The male could hardly hurt a fly much less another wolf.
"Drink all you want, nature if free everyone should be able to enjoy it" He told the other. Then he almost smacked himself in the face. "Pardon my manners, I am Kato" He said bowing slightly to the other wolf.

It weird seeing someone boy his head to him; 'Dri was too used to the reverse, and he did bow his head quickly several times in return. "N-No problem, s-s-s-sir," he replied, cursing his s's. But he seemed to relax once Kato began smiling kindly enough. "I'm Adrieal, s-s-sir. Just trying to find my f-family is all, s-s-s-s-s-" The teen stopped, took a deep breath, and tried again more slowly, feeling very foolish. "I'm trying to find my family, sir, I got separate from them when I w-was a pup. But I haven't had much luck s-so far . . . Have y-you seen anyone named Driscoll? Tiamatee? Valentin?"

Kato thought for a moment of his past encounters. "I cannot say that i have. Do you know their pack?" He asked sitting down and flicking his tail in and out of the river. His eyes kind to the smaller wolf.
He felt for this wolf, as he had never met his family. He didn't even know who they wereof where they went. He'd been alone most of his life until he found his mate and friends.

He shouldn't have gotten his hopes up, and the teen sighed morosely. "I don't think w-we were in a pack," Adrieal replied. Wouldn't they have found him if they were? Or maybe they just didn't care, or something had happened to them where wolves had gotten hurt and they were just scattered and he wasn't diong enough of a good job to find them, or maybe they didn't want to be found. Or maybe they didn't exist . . . But he had to have parents at least. 'Dri didn't want to think his family was a hallucination. His ears drooped, reminded of his need to hunt as his stomach growled. "S-Sorry to waste you time, K-Kato, s-s-s-sir." Water still dripping from his throat, Adrieal turned towards the forest from whence he came and began to hobble away, hoping he could find a small meal before the sun rose too much.

The moss male felt horrible for this pup, it must be so lonely to wander alone. He knew that his family must be somewhere, where was the true question. His tail drooped to the grounds and he stood up slowely, having one of his legs gone numb from sitting on it for too long.
"Son, wait a moment" He said trotting up beside him, he just couldn't let his go alone through the lands while he was here. "The least i can do is give you some company. You must be hungry, i bet you havn't had a good meal in a while. I know how hard it is to hunt alone" Kato said and smiled at him.
"Also there is something you should know about me" He said smelling the submissiveness comming off him. "I am not a fighter, and i can tell your worried to be aronud me. You should really relax, worry is not a good quality it could be the downfall of you"

"Mmm?" Adrieal tilted his head up towards the towering adult and blinked. Did he still look terrified? Eee . . . it was like he popped out of the womb afraid of the world, it was just sickening. Not even having to think about it anymore, just automatically quivering at the sight of any ol' wolf! "Oh. Th-Thank you, s-s-s-sir," he mumbled, only keeping eye contact for a split second before dropping his gaze back down to wherever their paws were leading them. Further into the forest they went, dappled light cast upon their fur like bright green sunspots. It was kind of Kato to keep him company like this, but 'Dri was sure it was all in the business of hunting: after all, two wolves could get a better meal than a single one.
"I get l-lost a lot," Adrieal went on to say with chagrin. "E-Even though I've been walking a lot n-now, I s-s-s-still don't know where I'm going. And it's like the p-prey runs from me wherever I-I go . . ."

"Well I know a field where there always seems to be a heard grazing." Kato said and smield turning directions a bit heading towards the field. He knew it well as it was where he'd taken his family to teach them their first hunting lesson. Then Callisto took over as she was the much more agressive one.
"So what are you in the mood for? I bet around here you can find jsut about anything." He asked then heard the comment about always getting lost.
"And i understand perfectly, finding your sense of way is very hard. I follow the stars above, most of the time you can still make out the north star during the day. Then from that if you know the layout and stories of the sky they will never lead you wrong."
