2) You need to take steps to either prevent yourself from getting so turned on, or taking steps to do something else when you
do reach that point so you don't end up looking to your ex for sex.
And as Truco said, if you don't want to be having sex with your girlfriend, then you need to decide what kind of steps you need to take. How drastic they are is up to you. If you really want to not have sex with your ex, then don't. It's something you have control over, and you'll just have to tell your ex you don't want to have sex with her anymore.
