There will be no crew members in the guild until I feel the time is right to assign some again. I'm tired, stressed, and this guild use to be my "favorite place" but in the last few months that has not been the case. I'd like to establish an active guild before I go assigning crew. heart

I think that is a very good idea, you need to take the guild were you are happy with it and have joy coming here again!

I'm guilty of not posting in here and a few other places often enough. Lol, I go to the threads out of here a lot less now, too. *makes note to work on that!* I do think it's a good idea for now, and maybe we can get you to a happy, prospering place in here! *hugs*

I do see your point about crew, however. Not much need for crew to moderate when there's not too much to go over and all.

I understand - with everything going on in RL, I have not been on as much as before (although if I do lose my job in the next month, I'll have a lot more time on my hands soon!!!).
Don't feelstressed Tushy - Gaia should be fun, don't let it get you down. heart

September Wolf I understand - with everything going on in RL, I have not been on as much as before (although if I do lose my job in the next month, I'll have a lot more time on my hands soon!!!). Thanks! I don't know how I feel about my job right now - I have been there a long time, but I am tired too - I think it will happen over the next month, and I have been expecting it since before Christmas, so it is not a shock. I'll have to remember how to go to job interviews - scary!!

yeah. same here. This is active for me.
But since things are going pretty well. really no need for crew anyhow unless you feel like it.
if i might make a suggestion though. if you do decide to do crew. You might want to give them specific jobs, like
Monthly contests person or games person, or person in charge of new people or whatnot. just an idea

In retrospect I think the idea of a fairy poll land crew is rather silly - people here are generally entirely too courteous, fun loving and decent to cause problems. ^*^
