Well it will take me a little while to get my poems up. Most of what i write is fairly long. I will have a few new ones up each week. Pleas comment and let me know what you think, but please don't be mean. I am looking for compliments and consructive criticism.

The Pain Of Love
Sadness sweeps swiftly into my life.
Tears are surely soon to follow.
My heart is giving way,
All these unfamiliar feelins closing in around it.
So used to the warmth and sunshine,
My heart is torn in two.
I blame this pain I've never felt before,
It's the pain of dissapointment, sorrow, and regret.
How can this heart be trampled so,
And still beat on inside my chest?
How can I live on with a heart that's been beaten so?
The tears are falling,
My heart is slowing.
I must live on with my misery,
Must let it fade away.
Why must i be burdened with such an awful pain?
Am I unworthy of tranquility?
What was my crime?
I can answer all these questions for myself.
I felt feelings,
I felt love and compassion for another.
I felt for you. -for all the girls out there who had the misfortune of loving a monster who sucked the joy from her life, i pray you find peace

Distortion in the Mirror
Torn and distorted,
Throwing water at a mirror,
Ripped paper scattered on the floor.
A brittle heart lies broken on the ground,
Dreams once so clear slowly fade,
Tears stain an unblemished page.
A double life eats at a broken soul,
Acceptance from friends,
A family's ignorance.
Found one that nurtured every pain,
Soothed that soul to love again.
life seemed to be going good,
It all came crashing down. i have some poems on an online journal so i can get a few up today as you can see

Two of a Kind (tainted hearts)
Should I tell you I feel like flying?
That I wish I were a pigeon or a dove?
Why must we prove to you our love?
Should I cast my feelings to the flames?
How could I condemn his soul to Hell’s fury?
My guilt would surely rot me to the core.
Our hearts are what they are,
We are what we will be.
Chance brought us together in our time of need.
Two of a kind thought to be loners,
Across a nation forged a friendship,
Friendship became two hearts in sync.
Tainted hearts will find peace,
Two hearts seeking the refuge of repose.
With love and laughter all is ours.
I will not change nor will he,
And so you shall see,
Age is no factor nor will it ever be. i wrote this about a year ago about an ex... but it is still a good poem i think

my tears
i feel useless and helpless
why can i not help the one i love
will he not let me help
use me and be done with this
my body is yours
my mind is twisted
take it all out on me
your caution brings my tears
im not afraid
im terrified
my heart is caving
my brain is racing
yeah, not very good but it was from the heart

some short little things i wrote that i thought would be good for a greeting card... i need you, i need you. words i thought i'd never speak. i love you, i love you. words i'll never fake. i miss you, i miss you. these words you'll never go without. love is love, i say i need you. i tell you that you're the only one. without love i'd not know what to do. if i can't have you i'll come undone.

Earthly Angels
Two tainted angels fallen from grace,
Through dispair and discontent,
Lost their wings to this earthly place.
Her broken soul seeks a rock to lean upon,
His battered heart in need of mending.
Hurts unspoken healed by words so gentle.
Unthinkable sins,
Uncanny love,
Facing hardships hand-in-hand.

Ok, so I think this poem deserves a prologue... I fell in love with my best friend, a girl, at the time that i was with one of my exes. He found out, got upset, and the relationship ended because i couldn't handle his criticisms. At first with this girl i was disgusted by my attraction to her. Then she got a boyfriend and all my hopes were shattered. I got a new boyfriend and he helped through my problems. A Second Chance
I sought a tender touch,
A heartfelt love.
Thought i knew what i was after.
My heart was torn,
I felt ashamed.
How could i love one like me?
I refused my feelings,
Shut her out.
I lost her to another.
My heart bled,
Felt darkness creeping in.
I gave up all hopes of love.
Days flashed by,
Nights rolled on.
All blended in a muddled mess.
He figured me out,
His pain grew into rage.
My life was over in one fell swoop.
Wanted to end it all,
Showed no emotion.
Then i found a spark of hope.
I found i had run from evil,
Running madly and blindly,
Into the arms of a beautiful demon.
He held my soul,
Mended my psyche.
I found love again.
I purged his sins,
He cleansed my soul.
We swore to never look back.

so i need help with these poems. i can't seem to come up with titles for them. just post your ideas for titles in this forum and when i pick the ones i like i will announce the name of the person(s) who submitted them <3 to help i will refer to them as Red(the first one), Orange(the second one), Blue(the third one), and Purple(the fourth one). A child floats aimlessly in a sea of lies,
Never knowing right from wrong.
The hand of Satan upon her back,
Singing praise for her wrongdoings.
Drifting in a waking dream the child stirs,
A world once so bright now distorted.
A mirror shatters as it hits the floor.
Evil has consumed her soul,
Every love lost to her forever.
This life of sin keeps turning round.
The child sighs as her sould departs,
Flashing lights erase every pain,
Sorrow never to plauge her again. A twisted soul
A demented shape
Love given and lost
Her soul taken for granted
Her body battered by abuse
Trust shattered
Loyalty broken
A heart stuck in the crossroads
a life on the brink
Elegance marred by disgrace
Her mind afflicted with confusion
Her promise dashed upon the rocks
Vengence the only clear thought
Revenge at her fingertips Night and day she lies awake
Haunted by that wretched memory
Forced to live a life of misery
keeping her pain a poisonous secret
Forever trapped in her own despair
The mutilations felt so right
Decay overruns her heart and soul
Never to release her anguish
living her torturous life in vain
Everything turns to dust in her wake Dreaming in the dark,
Missing all we were,
Wishing to gaze upon your face.
Thinking of how it could be.
A voice floats within my heart,
Your name lingers in my soul,
It lets me know that you are mine.
Waking to an empty room,
Wishing you were here.
Closing my eyes to see you,
If i'm dreaming let me be.
An emotional high overcomes my very being.
Only your embrace brings me to reality
