Streatching out, Tulgey yawned broadly, scraping his hooves on the soft ground as his back popped lightly. He had wandered out of his usual haunts of the more dangerous, craggy foothills, struck by wanderlust. It happened with relative Regularity: He'd strike out down familiar paths and then explore the areas around them for anything that could possibly facinate him.

So far, after a diversion involving a Red and Gold Wind Soquili, he was now finally out completely of his usual haunts and prowling for entertainment.

A flash of pink caught his eye as the tree's shifted in the spring breeze and his ears perked as he turned his head. After a few seconds, a wide grin crossed his lips as he slinked closer, moving as silently as possible just out of the girls sight.


Feeling cocky, he then simply stood behind her with a wild eyed smile on his face, simply waiting for her to notice him. That Loud shriek of surprise was always good for a laugh, no matter how short it lasted before they realized he was no monster. That was what usually happened, at least -- there had been times he had been attacked, so he primed his body to dodge best he could should she lash out in her surprise.

Brows rose to Vanish into thick bangs as Candy shrieked, flailed, and ran off.

Well, He thought ,That was unexpected

Chuckling with mirth, Tulgey followed closely after the mare. The subtle chuckled burbled into a deep hearty, and wild laughter, "Well well well, what have we here? Curiouser and curiouser."

Bounding with long strides, he attempted to move in closer, "You're the wrong color to be a Shrinking Violet, at the very least. Or is this just a race?"

"No horns, no wings -- Would have been unlikely you were a Kalona. Don't have an animal pelt on your body, either, so its unlikely you're a skinwalker either." Tulgey chuckled, keeping a safe distance as he gave her a sideways look, "I approached you cautiously to make sure it was safe."

He bowed, his head low and eyes lifted up to look, "I simply found your enjoyment... Adorable and delightfully charming, and I didn't wish to interrupt it. It would be rude to do so. However, I do admit having someone be so frightened of me-" He fluttered his eyelashes, smile growing broader with a rolling laugh, "-To be amusing, and I appologize."

"Charmed, Luv. My name is Tulgey. Tulgey Cat." He grinned, winking as he dipped his head once more, "Candy Heart, was it. Such an unusual combination of names. But then, I suppose mine is no better." He chuckled deep in his chest, his soft voice rumbling slightly.

"Are you from around here? I come from the northwest of here, in the more dangerous parts of the mountain foothills -- its one of the reasons I'm so light on my feet, and unusually... Quiet."

Chuckling, Tulgey's eyes narrowed slightly, eyebrows still high, an effect that, when coupled with his large grin, made for a mischievously sly expression, "Oh, I roam often enough. I rarely deviate from the woodlands however, though I do venture a little further into the Desert side of the mountains at times. There is so many fascinating creatures and landscapes there, if dangerous in its own ways."


He laughed, beginning to slink a circle around Candy playfully, tail raised, "Do you travel at all, Madam Candy Heart? Mmn? Explore the wildest parts of the world and carve your own trails?"

"One does not learn to roam by being too afraid to do so." Tulgey snorted, suddenly seeming a little bored, "Travel trails unknown, but first wander paths more traveled to find your legs. If you do not leave you're one area, you will always be wondering 'what if', rather then living life."

Tulgey's eyes went wild with glee, "Ive traveled many places. Tend to wander only the most dangerous places, passing through the safer ones just to get there. And from it I've grown.."

"If you follow me, I cannot stop you from doing so." Tulgey chuckles, "However, while I wander only with wandering in mind, and can always find my way back to my home by following the rivers.... You may never find your home and loved ones again should you follow me."

he lowered his head, practically cooing as he got uncomfortably close to the girl, "You said I wouldn't be sure if you were A Kalona... Well, I've seen Kalona, I've seen Skinwalkers. Up close. Its not just the landscape that's perilous."
