Before Kash could get ahold of the other teammates a sign was posted where the first had been, saying that there would be a meeting in the gym for teams to get their arts and crafts started. Which was why everyone was standing in their various groups in the gym now, and craft objects were piled at the front of the room.

"We've tried our best to provide all the materials needed," Antony said over the speakers, sighing as he realized that once again he was being forced to act as spokesman. "If there's anything you require please don't hesitate to speak to the teachers. Some of you might have to move to other rooms and that's been thought of. There's going to be a teacher or an assistant checking in on a regular basis.

"Chris, especially your team, do try not to blow up the kitchen," Antony added. "And I'm certain you all know how this works by now, so I won't take up any more time."

"Okay, so, do we have everything we need?" Rhye asked, looking at their supplies of things to tye-dye, dye, buckets and mixes. She looked up at the others for their conformation. "And as we doing the cupcake thing too? Or just the tye-dye?"

Rayne was in her group, happily waiting to make cakes with a way to big shirt on other her normal clothes. "We cook, yes?" she asked looking up at Chris, tails waving happily. She wasn't scared of him like she used to be, now that she was a bit more used to him. It was a little sad that no one else was baking with them, though.

Rook had his tail curled around his waist again as he looked at his group, the grey skinned boy was happy to see them again and start working on their project. On the other hand he was feeling a bit unwell and he wasn't sure how much help he was going to be today. Still Rook would do his best.

Skylar was keeping his tail to himself today, he was much bigger than he'd been last time he'd seen Rayne and he certainly didn't want to scare her again, she was sweet and nice and he didn't particularly desire to be sneezed upon. " I'm sure you'll make very good cakes" Provided she didn't transform and get fur in the batter.

The other Nu Nou child was simply busy being stunned at the sheer amount of stuff that could be used to make jewelery, there was no way, in his mind that they could possibly use it all.

Her arms full of long fabric tubes of varying materials (though mostly brocades and velvets) Galleai somehow managed to stumble gracefully over to her group before collapsing on the floor under her bundle. Most of the holders for the rain-sticks were sewn and completed, they only needed to be decorated. She'd tried to embroider a few of them and her paltry attempts could be seen in the crooked bats and owls and flowers, as well as a few simple crosses. (She was, after all, being raised by vampires.) Smiling faintly from the floor she looked up at the members of her group already there. "Hello." Her gaze turned to Rook and her brow immediately furrowed. "Are you alright?"

Darsh had once again been dropped off unceremoniously at the school and he wandered around aimlessly before spotting the unmistakable hulking figure of Chris. Making his way over to his group with his customary confident swagger, he smiled proudly. They were the best group. He knew this because they were his group and he was Darsh. That was enough to make anything awesome. Something was different, though. Staring up at the nu-mou, he blinked. "You're bigger." The little blue boy stated bluntly.

Todd sat quietly at the edge of the supply pile, although quiet was very unlike the boy. His attention had been on the crafts for a short while, but then his attention had moved to the other children in his group. He was still trying to get used to them all since he was only used to seeing his two human fathers. Not to say that he was shy, he was actually quite the opposite, he just had a problem with never ending questions. Elliot, one of his fathers, had told him constant questions tend to be bothersome, so he did his best to keep his millions of questions to himself.

He was very curious about what they would be creating today, so he decided to turn his attention to that, and hopefully keep it on that. "Cupcakes sound yummy. We can make those?" He blinked up at his group, smiling brightly with excitement. He loved cupcakes, ever since Liam, his second father, bought them for his birthday.

With a tiny twitch Antony checked his clipboard again and headed for Rhye's group. "Excuse me," he said to Todd. "I'm afraid your name isn't on the list of participants. You'll have to wait until the Arts and Crafts fair is officially open to come. Right now, we don't need intruders."

He said it very politely, but for such a pretty boy, he didn't look as if he was going to budge. "Sorry about this."

Todd glanced up at the older boy who seemed to be talking to him. His head tilted to the side in question as he listened, then almost immediately his face was covered in a dark blush. What a mistake to have made. " Oh! I thought it was open. Is my fault. " He smiled brightly before carefully pushing himself up to his feet. "Sorries, didnt mean to intrude," he scrambled before smiling again and shuffling out of the room.

"You're welcome to come when the arts and craft fair is open!" he called after the boy, sighing and feeling a headache coming on.

"Yep, we bake," Chris said, getting to his feet. "I figure we might as well head for the kitchen, the people that aren't here will find us sooner or later." He paused. "That's just Ophelia, right?" he finally said, counting heads. "And congrats on growing," he added to Skylar.

"Not bad!" Kash said happily. "We can make a ton of stuff out of this! So you wanna work here or move to another room?"

" I'm ok" , or at least he wasn't contagious which was what really mattered. He smiled weakly at his friend and rainstick holders she'd made." Those are nice," sewing was a not a skill which Rook had yet learned or one he thought he could considering his abnormal finger count.

" How many of these are we making?" He inquired to no one in particular. They had a lot of materials at the front of them gym, knowing how much to take from it would be important.

Skylar nodded and smiled a bit at the other in his group. " Thank you just sort of happened" He didn't mind really it was nice to be able to reach onto the kitchen counter and table all by himself. He stood as well following Chris's lead, he was rather used to kitchens given his father's profession so he should remain fairly relaxed there.

Morgan shrugged "Mmm can we work outside? The Nu mou boy preferred to be fairly active but jewelery making seemed a more sit down type of thing, at the very least they could be out in the sun if they were on a blanket and tried not to lose the beads and stuff. Still it was just suggestion he would be fien if it didn't happen.

"You big!" Rayne said to Skylar, delayed, of course. She had to get over the fact he was big now. That meant only she and the blue skinned boy (Darsh?) were little. She gave him a childish, fox-faced smile, starting to walk with the others to the kitchen.

"That okay, you can reach stuff!" she said, as if he didn't already know that. She'd have to stand on something to reach things. Chris was huge, so he could reach anything, she was sure of it.

Rhye had no clue how to respond to what had just happened with the lost boy, though she did feel bad for him. She went back to their materials and waited.

Elizabeth sat idly near the stacks of jewelry material, investigating the tiny seed beads and wire bits she could see inside a clear box. There were a lot of colors, she decided, and the wire seemed to come in dark gray, bright gray, light gray, and gold. It might be fun, she decided, to try and make a ring or something. There were four pairs of pliers in one of the boxes. They were, she supposed, too big for her hands- she was still a baby, after all, even if her head disagreed- but it would be all right to figure it out by herself, or something.

Sifting through a collection of metallic-finish wood beads, she might not have even noticed the conversation beginning but for the volume of Kash's voice. She paused in the act of rolling a particularly pretty gold bead between her palms and listened to the other children.

"Outside sounds okay," she said, doubtfully; "But what if we lose the beads in the grass? Plus, it's still early, so wouldn't the grass be all wet and stuff? I think inside would be better, I don't want to get my clothes messy."

"She's got a point," Kash said reluctantly. "It'd be too easy to lose beads and stuff in the grass. Sorry, Morgan. But if you want we can work in a room with lots of open windows?

Joshua smiled, and made his way towards Galleai and Rook. He carried a box of cardboard tubes and nails, paints and beans. "Do you guys think this will be enough?" He asked. He hoped Nattie had been able to get the tissue paper. He sat at the table. "The material looks nice, Galleai." He said. He was sure their project would be the very best.

Or maybe he was just being vain.

Gal had been about to prod Rook more about whatever was ailing him when (luckily for Rook) Josh showed up. She smiled at him, pleased with the fact that she was getting better at smiling. "Thank you. It looks like you have everything else..." She looked around for Nataya and Dawn. "Should we wait for the others or get started?"
