Have you played Alice?
  Yes and it's awesome!
  Yes and it was okay.
  I haven't but I want to.

I was just wondering how many of you have played this PC game. A friend just told me about and I looked it up and it looks spectacular. I just wish they made it for Macs. I like the idea of a psycho Alice in Wonderland!

This game is spectacular.. I loved playing it... though sometimes the level design was irritating, and the weapons are limited.. it is a good game over all. I would love to own it again...

Opening Conversation in the game
'What's wrong, Alice?'
My parents are gone...'
What else is wrong, Alice?'
'Something is... broken...'
'What is broken, Alice?'
'I am...'

Beyond a shattered looking glass...
Fairytale becomes nightmare...
Imagination becomes madness...
Toys become weapons...
Friend becomes foe...
And time is running out...
Alice grew up...
So did Wonderland...

'But I don't want to go among mad people.'
'Oh, you can't help that. They're all mad here!'

And the poem

A boat,beneath a sunny sky,
Lingering onward dreamilt
In an evening of July-

Children three that nestle near,
Eager eye and willing ear,
Pleased a simple tale to hear-

Long has paled that sunny sky:
Echoes fade and memories die:
Autumn frosts have slain July.

Still she haunts me phantomwise,
Alice moving under skies
Never seen by waking eyes

Children yet the tale to hear
Eager eye and willing ear
Lovingly shall nestle near

In a Wonderland they lie,
Dreaming as the days go by
Dreaming as the summer die:

Ever drifting down the stream-
Lingering in the golden gleam
Life, what is it but a dream?

When it first was released it scared the crap outta me. But now, I really want to try it. I don't know if it would work in vista though. sad

I heard that they've made it compatible with Macs now which is really god seeing as I can't live without my Macbook! But I'm having a heck of a time finding it, maybe I'll try best buy...

There may be another coming soon: "On 19 February 2009, EA CEO John Riccitiello announced at D.I.C.E. 2009 that a new installment to the series is in the works for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. It is being developed by Spicy Horse, who recently worked on American McGee's Grimm. A single piece of concept art was also released, depicting Alice fighting an oversized, semi-mechanized snail and its children on top of a lighthouse."

I'm really excited to hear more about this one! rofl
