Ok, you can live here. Be careful of the leaky roof, the drains stop up easily. Only run one water consuming thing at once. Very poor water pressure. Don't leave anything important outside, the stray cats will spray it. You gotta put plastic over all the windows in winter, they don't seal all the way and some windows don't even exist anymore. The dryer has no timer so it will only stop if you stop it. Be careful. If you start a fire you have zero seconds to get out. Old mobile home, it's going down super fast. If you hear a lot of noise during summer it's the campers next door, just ignore them and their screaming kids at 2am.
