Hey Royal Muffin, Is it alright that I edited your post and added the other link on the "Pistol" because that link that you had did not work. ninja Oh and was that the same "Pistol" that you wanted us to do?

Royal while this is a good idea I think you forget that many newbies to parkour will be lacking the strength to perform these kinds of reps of these exercises. Not to mention those of us with extremely busy lives, who barely scrape time out to train xDD
Might I suggest some alternative exercises for those not of the required strength or time.

The thing is that you get all week to do this so like in the push-ups you could do 20 push-ups a day and they wouldn't all have to be a once and at the most I would think it would only take 20min out of your day, correct me if I wrong but that's what I think, but you may have a point there.

Royal Muffin Delinquent_Funk Royal while this is a good idea I think you forget that many newbies to parkour will be lacking the strength to perform these kinds of reps of these exercises. Not to mention those of us with extremely busy lives, who barely scrape time out to train xDD Might I suggest some alternative exercises for those not of the required strength or time. Kay...Couple of things wrong with this. 1-I understand your concern, but, A.) There are so little people in this guild so far, there prolly aren't any newbies in it, C.) You're allowed to modify the exercise for your own situation and, B.) I clearly stated in the first post that I did not write that article. Wasabe From PKCali did. Write a post to him. 2-Most people who train parkour can do a minimum of 20 Push-ups a day, we DO have 5 days. The last part is understandable, but, once again, we don't have to do it in one day. It is good, though, that you'rre showing concern for others. My response wasn't meant as a negative thing to your posting of the article simply an idea for making it more accessible to those not of suitable strength or time allowance. And I concede to your point that yes there probably aren't any newbies to parkour in this guild, which yes at the time of posting did entirely slip my mind, so i'll just bow out with what-ever dignity I still have xDD

spanishtyphoon i can do all of those excersises except for a "proper"pistol but when i do a "partial"pistol it doesnt feel like im really doing anything any suggestions ? Try using something to prop against and try to do the full pistols, only use the prop to help you acheive the full pistol when your leg strength wont do it alone. But try to use your arms as little as possible. That should help you out a bit.
