Yes, we are human, we are imperfect, and yes we all make huge mistakes.
But it is also Human nature to deny what we do is wrong. But what we commonly forget is why we are saved, because Jesus died to forgive our mistakes. And while God doesn't forget what we have done wrong, If we apologise, He will forgive and turn the page. It is never forgotten, for if it was forgotten by God we have an 'excuse' to do the same things again. But God remembers and reminds us.
Recently, I have heard alot of "If I do something wrong, God will forgive me" Friends, this is not the attitude. We should try to be pleasing in the eyes of God, not try to be 'good' when we have been 'bad'.
What are your thoughts on this, do too many people think this way? How do we help them to see what they are doing wrong?

I always looked at it like this: God forgives and moves on. He may not forget, but it'll never come up again until judgement day. We schould live ou lives trying to be the best we can be in a sad attempt at payment to Jesus. We know we can never repay Him for what He did, but we can try, right? That's my mootivation. Give all for Him, He gave all for me.

Ok,yes, true,if you sin Jesus will forgive you,But,on judgement day,it will go against you.
I sounded a little off there..I ment,he will judge you, but,if you are saved, you will still go to heaven,of course.

I was in a rush on that worng post.
Yes, on Judgement Day it will count against us. But only in the treasures we will recieve. The Bible talks about recieving great treasures for our works on Earth. I just want to here God say to me. " Well done, my good and faithful servant."
