Fairy Smithworks is a shop owned by Hyrea and Bluefeathers_onDA.

The owners/artists are called Fairysmiths, responsible for bringing fairy tales to life!


Our fairies usually start out at the Stone stage.

The stones made by the Fairysmiths are made of condensed natural energy.
Upon completion, the stones are stored in a cell deep beneath the smithery where they
would slowly turn into fairy stones. The stones we sell in our shop are such.

Once awakened from their stones,
the fairies will go through some stages of change to reach adulthood:

This RP contest is only open to people who do not have any pet from Fairy Smithworks,
including both fairies and thingies.


The prize Ribbon Fairy of this event is a male,
and is currently in its CABBAGE stage.
He is one-of-a-kind.


Before you decide that you want him...


Be informed that to raise a Cabbage to a full-grown Fairy,
it will most likely cost at least 300~600k in Gaia gold.


For those of you who already know how the shop works,
the Sugar Dews for the Ribbon Fairy is free like every other unique fairies.



Also, this unique fairy is even more unique than the other unique fairies...

He has a matching Thingy that comes as his best buddy!

As for other also very important rules:


RP-required?---No. But once you get him, you won't be able to resist!

Frequent Visits to Shop?---Yes, if you want him to grow and/or get osm goodies!

Knock, knock!


"Who's there?" The white-winged Smithery Fairy, Mijhelle, asked.
He leaned back from the corridor to peek at the closed door of the shop.




And so it was that day that the mystery begun...











A strange, silky fairy bud guarded ever so closely by a snake-like fairytale
creature has been handed to the Fairysmiths!



The people of Fairy Smithworks were then told that the pair of oddballs have
been sitting out there for a while. The finder has sighted them a few times
and finally decided that they should be brought to the Fairysmiths...
As the critter seems to be clinging to the cabbage, and it feels like
they'd stay that way and sit there forever if something is not done about it!



Something needs to be done, soon...

But separating them is not as easy as it looks,
since no one knows where when or how they came from.



And so the Fairysmiths decided to call upon an event, a contest of sorts-----
in order to find a stranger who can connect with the pair of oddballs,
a stranger who doth realize their past and feelings.




Hopefully, then, the critter will be able to let loose its tight grip
on the cabbage, and the both of them may find themselves a worthy owner!

...is to write an entry about the duo before they came to Fairy Smithworks!

When submitting an entry, please post them in your journal and provide the link!
If there is not a link to your journal, you will not be accepted!

As for the evaluation ----
Whichever story that the critter decides is best will be the winning story!






1. You may not already have owned a Fairy Smithworks pet.
However, if you do get one after you have submitted your entry,
your entry will still be valid.

2. You may submit as many entries as you want.

3. You may submit entry between May 31st to June 25th.
Any earlier or later will not be accepted, unless otherwise excused.

4. You may NOT PM your entry. Post them in this thread.

5. You may include other characters in your plot.






A. Better not make entries that are too long and tiring to read!
If it's long, make sure it doesn't put the evaluator to sleep! xD

B. Use proper grammar and punctuations!

C. Be confident when you write --- it can make the story quite stunning!

D. Visit and hang around the shop to get a sense of how everything works!
It will help your story greatly if you familiarize with the
general background of the fairy world!
