Well since we have forums for all of those particular things it's not really necessary for you to set up a whole thread for it.
However I might suggest making your Gym thread the basic area for all of those things since Gym threads also act as chat threads.
So you can make a Gym thread and offer all of those services in the gym itself.

Great advice Pasithea. Also, Paperclip, your idea is good too! Just follow Pasithea's advice if you want, but if you do or don't, it should work out either way. (I didn't know how to say this so I hope I said it my best!)
