The Mentors of The Sereitei(For all who seek help...) Drift Galewind Mentor's of The Serietei Helpers to all who seek it.
"Hello I am Drift Galewind newly appointed Head Mentor and I am announcing the creation of the Mentor System created by our very own Head Captain Davin Moto. It is simple for what Mentors do really...We are basically helpers or teachers to anyone who needs it...May it be help with getting used to the guild, finding a squad fit for you, grammar,or Role Playing, and in Role Role Playing there are more then just one way of doing it there are a few...Like the description type describing your surroundings, feelings, and your body. But of course there is...Battling as well which is completely different thing. Both separate are good on their own but a true role paler needs both. There will be one or two mentors assigned to a specific category, they will have there own thread to manage and a way to get a hold of them. Which you can do probably by posting in the thread or by PMing them by following a PM formula. Know there is only one thing I will stress on and that is...Respect to the Mentor...There are taking the time to help you so all that we ask is for respect, all Mentors will be approved by the head Captain Daven Moto and myself. I will also be soon posting the current mentors in the who's who thread. So if you have any and all questions feel free to ask one o the mentors. Oh and it is the first sub-forum of the guild so any questions just post there please. As Well please bear with us if you have to wait, it has just been made and we all will be working hard to get it going soon so that no one will have troubles anymore."

Squad Descriptions and How to Join Them ~Joining a squad~ To join a squad, simply post an application within that squad's 'Joining' thread. All squads should have one and in it should be a form that you can follow in case you've never filled one out before. EVEN IF YOU HAVE FILLED OUT A JOIN REQUEST IN ANOTHER GUILD, PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THE PROPER INFORMATION BY THE CAPTAIN’S STANDARDS. Sometimes the thread will be named something else, but it will be something referring to joining the squad. Once you have filled out your application, simply wait a few hours to a day, depending on the captain's activeness, until you have received approval. This approval can come in PM form or the captain may post an approval in the thread. If you are already in a squad but want to join another, you must first PM your current captain, and request a transfer as well as the captain of the squad you are trying to transfer to. Once both captains agree, you may post an application in that squad and wait for an approval. This practice is called "Squad Hopping" and is frowned upon. If there is a good reason, it will be approved. But it is assumed by joining a squad that you are willing to commit to that squad. Please think about which squad you want to be part of before you have to transfer. Also in every way that matters, your Squad Captain is the same as God. He (or she) has the power to discipline you in any way they see fit, and they can overrule the Guild Captains and Guild Vice Captains on matters that are only affecting their squad. So remember this and be respectful of them. ~For Those Not Wishing to Join the Gotei 13~ If you do not wish to join the Gotei 13, that’s okay. You may join the side of Arrancar, Vaizard, Quincy or Bount if you wish. To become a Vaizard, you must first join the Gotei 13 and obtain your own zanpakuto and be able to use shikai. Once you have done that, simply PM an existing Vaizard and ask if he/she will train you to become a Vaizard. It is even possible to be a "detached" member of a squad. There are cases where a shinigami is a member of a squad but for one reason or another they are off on some other duty. This is considered an extraordinary circumstance and you still have to be a member of a squad, even though you will be posting nothing but solitary roleplays. ~Squad Descriptions~ You will find a thread with complete descriptions of the various squads and groups you can join listed in this thread. It lists the various groups and the Captains of those groups at the time they were posted. It is a way to get a good feel for each group and what they do and how a member of that squad is supposed to act. To go take a look through there. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Groups of the Bleach Universe: In many BLEACH© guilds many people seek to join a squad within the Gotei Thirteen Protection Squads. All of which within this guild have been fleshed out loosely so that every squad is able to perform a special and unique job within the Protection Squads. Though Tite Kubo has not release all information on all thirteen of these squads, members of this guild have agreed on what each squad practices. Here, the descriptions of each squad are based primarily on what we’ve seen in both the Anime and Manga; the titles are arguable but until further information is released we are playing off of what we know completely.
Apart from the Thirteen Protection Squads there are several different groups that reside on Earth:
VIZARD The Vizard is a group of outcastes that illegally obtained hollow powers and abilities by performing a Hollofication process. Though details of how Shinigami (A Plus) acquires a hidden inner hollow (A Minus), a few guesses have been made on how the inner hollow is either triggered or created within the Shinigami but no details have been given away as of now…
To become a Vizard a member must have achieved Bankai, because normally the Inner hollow already knows the extent of the users powers and abilities. Taming and gaining control over this beast normally takes a great deal of training by multiple people, but when it comes down to it; the fight becomes nothing more than a battle between the inner hollow and yourself.
BOUNT The Bount is a group of humans that acquire the blood from mortals and gain in-human strength; they utilize this new found power by summoning Dolls which work much like a spirit of a Shinigami’s Zanpacto (Weapon Spirit). These Dolls reflect the users own strength and inner power, but it takes more than just summoning the Doll, the user must first either conquer or tame the Doll before they can achieve even greater power.
There is only one known way any person can become a Bount; and that is simply the natural birth where the initial creator decided if the child would be Bount or not. Since the ancient times Bount where a set number of beings, now they have dwindled down to a handful comparatively to the numbers they once reigned. As long as they continue to feed from the souls of the living they can continue to live forever.
QUINCY The Quincy is a group of humans that summon a power resembling a particular holiness. Claiming that they are the soul protectors of Earths Humans; they summon a “righteous” bow that shoots bolts of energy made up of pure destructive energy that has the potential to destroy any hollow with one shot. Though when they destroy a hollow they are eliminated from existence permanently…
Like the Bount, Quincy are also natural born beings that where created initially by a powerful being. Unlike the Bount though, they can reproduce to create more, but the genes do not always transfer over into the child. This entire group is considered Royalty amongst each other, and often time have massive amounts of intelligence.
LAS NOCHES The lead group that targets both Earth and Soul Society are the powers of Las Noches, operated by a seemingly cold hearted man that once served Soul Society loyally. This character has the ability to make hollows even more powerful and to give them an added intelligence. By performing Shinigamification Hollows are altered much like Vizards in the way that they turn more human gaining shinigami powers and able to wield a weapon in which they store their access power. The creatures cannot perform Kido but they match the Shinigami’s diverse fighting technique with raw power.
These creatures where once hollows, taken in by Sosuke Aizen. With the Orb of Distortion he is successfully able to transform Hollows into humanoid hollows capable of fighting shinigami equally. Like the Vizards they are far more powerful than the common Shinigami, almost naturally being able to challenge seated members of the Gotei Thirteen.
Now that you have a brief idea on how these groups work, take a look at the separate groups for further details and instructions on how you can join them.

How to Join the Vizards
The Vizards, also known as Las Máscaras De Muerte (The Masks of Death), are a very exclusive group and operate independantly of Soul Society. While the group is not aligned to any particular side, most Vizards act according to whatever the individual feels is right. The group has a loose organization, with only a de-facto leader and second-in-commmand, but joining the ranks is a greuling process that most ordinary Shinigami could never hope to survive through.
In oder to be considered for membership, a potential applicant must have achived Bankai and held at least a Vice-Captain's position in the Sereitei. This is to ensure that the roleplayers in the group can maintain an elite level of grammar, suiting their position. After being approved for training, the applicant must go to the Human World and complete the required training to control their inner Hollow. When this step is completed, the character can move in with the Vizard group. Be warned that undergoing Vizard training will mark your character as a traitor to the Sereitei, forcing you to give up any previous positions and power.

How to Join the Quincys
It is generally believed that the Ishidas are the last of the Quincys, but this is not necessarily true. Should you decide to make your character a Quincy, there are some general guidelines to keep in mind.
Since the Quincys have no connection to the Sereitei, they will be restricted to the Earth subforum. This does not mean that you should post in each and every thread there; this will be seen as spamming and looked at by the crew on a case-by-case basis.
A beginner Quincy character will not be able to instantly use all the powers known to us by the Bleach canon. They will be restricted to using their basic Quincy Cross and have to train for the higher stages of the Quincy power heiracrhy in the same way the Shinigami must train for their Shikai and Bankai. Overpowered charcters will result in the roleplayer being contacted by a crew member for profile revision.
As there are so few Quincys on Earth, they will not have a true leader unless a considerable number of Quincy characters decide on one. Should this happen, the GVCs and GC will decide whether they want to approve the appointment. Should the deciscion be positive, the Quincy leader will join the crew in helping to make executive choices for the good of the entire guild.

How to Join the Bount
In much the same way as the Quincys, there are such a small number of remaining Bount that any new Bount characters will be under the same rules as the Quincys. Bount will be restricted to roleplaying on Earth, have no advanced powers, and have no specific leader unless one is chosen and approved by the Guild leaders.
Power restrictions on the Bount will be defined as such: A beginner Bount character will only have access to a basic Doll, with no extraordinary abilities. Since Bount Dolls do not have "higher stages" like Quincys and Shinigami, their eqivalent to Shikai and Bankai will be a further understanding and usage of their basic abilities.
A good example would be Kariya Jin's basic wind Doll. During much of the Bount arc, Kariya does not use his Doll, but later on, he can create a blade out of wind and then electricity. The basic ability would be using wind to attack in basic ways or to push oneself into the air, etc. The Shikai equivalent would be using the wind as a blade extension of one's body, and the Bankai equivalent would be the pushing of the boundaries of wind by converting it to electricity.
In the end, it wll be up to the roleplayer's common sense and good judgement to come up with a basic ability and train from there. Any overpowered Dolls will come under moderator scrutiny, and if changes need to be made, the roleplayer in question will be contacted.

~ First Squad, The Duelists ~
First Squad is for duelists. This is not simply for the one who likes fighting others, but more for the professional fighter. Remember the stories you heard of the Shootist, the Ronin, the lone sniper? Those are the kinds of members you will find in First Squad.
Our squad is focused on being extremely capable. You don't have to have power, you don't have to have insanity or mastery of one thing, but you do have to be able to use your skills to their fullest potential and to be able to out class your opponents.
Ideally the member of First Squad should be able to stand toe to toe with an Arancar or a Vizard and beat them simply by using every aspect of their combat skills. They should also be able to win through honorable means.
That is the way of the Warrior, the code of Bushido which First Squad is. You won't be required to train others, because being a member of First Squad means you are an elite fighter. You will be expected to develop your skills, to keep the skills you have in training and honed. Your compensation will be that you will have luxurious surroundings to relax in, because when you are on duty you will be giving everything you have to win.
Cool considerate thinking warriors are wanted. Are you capable of being a true Warrior?

~ Second Squad, Reconnaissance and Special Operations ~
We are Second Division, the Black Ops. The most dangerous missions are reserved for us. We are silence and stealth itself. We are the shadows.
We seek the quick and the cunning, shinigami dedicated to the undetectable arts. Warriors who strike without a sound and leave no trace. Our fighters are fast and lithe, fighting with guile and a hidden sword. We excel in hand-to-hand combat and hidden weaponry. Mastery of our powers culminates in the shunko.
Second Squad has two main duties. We are the Punishment Force, terminating our comrades who have broken the law. To this end, each member of the squad must be devoted to their duty. It is one thing to kill a hollow, quite another to kill a fellow shinigami.
We are the Executive Milita, acting as scouts against the hollows. This is where the necessity for stealth is paramount. We must be able to gather accurate information and report back to the commanders. We cannot allow our comrades to enter a battle unprepared.
Our symbol is the tulip. Seek Nothing, for you will find no trace of our presence. We vanish like smoke. Come, slip into the shadows.

~ Fourth Squad, Healing and Maintenance Group ~
So, when one normally first thinks about Fourth Division, some certain words come to mind such as coward, unskilled, afraid-of-their-own-shadow, and so on and so forth. But those words cannot be even more completely wrong.
When injured out in war, who is there putting their life on the line to not fight but to heal which puts them at a considerable risk of being attacked with no way to defend themselves because they are too busy saving your a**?
We are.
And if that does not show courage and bravery then I don't know what does. Also, that would make me a hybrid of Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny, Jack Skeleton, and your Mother.
The Chiyudous that we devote our lives to studying, understanding, and learning are not your typical Kidou. No, they are much more complex and only a certain type of person can perform them. It takes precision, a thorough understanding of the body and the Kidou which is being performed, some imagination, and a hell-a amount of endurance. These Kidous require you to use your reiatsu in ways you never thought possible and they use a hell a lot of reiatsu power that you would never expect a "weak coward" to be able to pull off, but we do.
So the next time you think our job is easy, you better think again. And don't even let the word "weak coward" come to your mind as we're using our energy, our time, and putting our safety on the line as we're saving your life.
It takes a strong person to walk into a war, but it takes a stronger person to walk into a war and not fight.
Are you "coward" enough? Join to find out. Envy KuchikiFormer Fourth Division Captain Sereitei, Soul Society

~ Fifth Squad, Kidou Group ~
-Division 5- Division five is a small, laid-back yet organized unit that cares about its members and who they are. We work hard to learn what we know and work even harder to maintain our minds on the battle field and in training. Using kidou is more than just chanting words. It is about keeping our focus and control over ourselves when it really counts. We pay close attention to our members. In order to maintain the solder's mental stability, we will never hesitate to lend a hand to those in need. We expect nothing but the best (In RP) from everyone. Strict (RP) rules ensure that everybody is a leader when it comes to doing what is right. No exceptions are made- everyone is treated equally. -Kidou Warrior Ethos--We are the elite few who dedicate ourselves to the performance and mastering of the demon arts known as Kidou- -We always place the mission and our duties before ourselves- -The safety of our comrades is top priority. Nobody fights alone and nobody is left behind- -In utilizing our unique power, we shall deploy, engage and blow the enemies of the sereitei into tiny smoking bits in order to protect and fulfill our duty as shinigami-

~ Seventh Squad, Hand to Hand Combat ~
Squad Seven is designed to train Shinigami who desire to be "All Around". While most Shinigami end up learning Swordplay in the Academy and in fights in general, Squad Seven Members will focus on taking on any opponent while unarmed. Any Swordplay will be learned through experience rather than specific training.
After learning these skills, a Shinigami that is a part of Squad Seven will be deployed to keep order within the Sereitei as a part of the Judiciary Division. The Seventh Division, as stated before, is designed to uphold law and order within Soul Society and any of the Rukongai Districts, no matter how poor.
In Squad Seven, Shinigami learn to be their own fighters, as they eventually learn a Fighting Style suited for them. It helps a Shinigami to become unique and recognized by their specific style.
