Anyone know how long to boil them to make them hard-boiled?
I heard.... I don't remember. It was either like ten minutes.... Or an hour. I think ten minutes. But I thought I'd check.

XD Lol I luff you Wordeh, You put the eggs into the pot, cover them with water and bring them to a boil. Leave it boiling for ten minutes and then take them out. (I usually like my eggs pretty hard especially it I'm making deviled eggs but take them out sooner if you want them softer)
Damn you! Now I'm craving deviled eggs! BLAST!

I wanted to dye some Easter eggs black... and my cousin was entertaining the thought with me. That's a little weird as he's a minister.

XD Anna, the next time that I see you, I'll make you deviled eggs. Mmmkay?
Yeah. I just streamed the dye over them--let it drip and look kind of tye-dyed. And really messy. *shrug* The strangest color I've ever seen is brown; my father, when he helps to color eggs, will sometimes dip them into his coffee and leave them in there for a while.

I colored eggs this year, and it was the first time in like five years. Anyway I had a really cool one where I dyed the two halves yellow and blue and after it dried I dyed the bottom red. It was really cool and turned four different colors.
Oh and by the way Wordeh I'm gonna hold you to that promise. I see deviled eggs in my future! Squee!

I LOVE multicolored eggs. I thought about keeping my broken shells--but I decided not to. *shrug* I can always make more later.

Ah HA! I won't have to find you I know how to lure you in *rummages thru kitchen, bowls clattering, pot boiling..* Hee hee hee hee hee! But to tide you over for a while until the masterpiece is done I have this *pulls out boston cream pie* HAHA!
I just looked at that sentence and I think I've lost my mind.... or maybe I've finally cracked... or perhaps it's because in a little while I have to beg to get out of jury duty.... I'm gonna go with that last one there...

Me? Be a boston cream pie food supplier! i don't even like the stuff! But I can offer you.... a black egg! Ha HA! It took a while to get the dye mixed right but I did it! *wiggles it in front of your eyes so it's just out of reach* mrgreen

I know about the black food coloring! I just like to make messes and mixes and you of all people should know my fondness of dark colors. (I've never owned anything pastel in my entire life... unless you count gifts I've gotten)
