The Delenian Alliance has become increasingly agressive, openly defying the Council's decisions. This has become troublesome, but as of yet, no one has done anything about the massive alliance. Some Houses are fearful of the Allianc's military might, while others merely wish to avoid conflict. Nevertheless, trouble is brewing.

Raven had just returned to House Orion territory. He had been thinking things through in Menkaru, listening to the song of the desert winds. Much was happening. Something had to be done, but he could not figure out what. Walking through the Lionian Plains, just north of the mountains protecting the Orion capital, he spotted a large, lush cherry tree. He walked over to it, and sat at its base. "The peace is about to be broken."

Meanwhile just south of the plains, in the mountains Silwaniar was making her way to the captial of the Orion territory.
*Festival time is always the best time,* she thought to herself as she envisioned squares teeming with people. *The merrier the better,* she smiled, *and it's been a long while since last I gazed upon Castle Orion. I'm sure the festivities will be as colorful as I remember.*

Raven stood, taking in the plains before deciding to return home. There were things to get done, and sitting around here would not finish any of them. He spread out his black wings, and took to the air. Flying low, he spotted a traveller. He used a simple spell to spin the air around her, then landed in front of her.
"Well met."

Silwaniar turned her eyes towards the sky when the magical breeze picked up and saw her new found company. Tipping her head to him she answered his greeting cordially.
"Well met, friend."
She couldn't help but notice this stranger's black wings, something rare among Escarans. *Perhaps he is like me,* thought the nabeshin.

Silwaniar's eyebrows shot up as she took half a step back in surprise and bowed low. "Of House Orion!? It is an honor my lord. Forgive me, I did not know... Ah-- I am of Silwaniar zul Lasilaia." She bowed again with composure.

Silwaniar smiled and simply noded her head. "I assume you are traveling home then? We should continue on then," she said as she started off again down the mountainside.

He walke alongside Silwaniar zul Lasilaia. "I am glad to find a companion for a walk. There is nothing more enjoyable in travel than a fellow wanderer. I assume that is the case."

She looked at her new found companion and gave him a polite smile. "Yes, I suppose that is the case." Silwaniar walked on for some time fegining interest in their surroundings before asking, "How do things fare here? There is trouble growing in the north."
