what do you think ninty should add to the next DSi update?
i think it needs:
- A Video Player Channel (with support for Mp4 and AVI file types)
- Support for Flash and Shockwave. (watching youtube, playing online games, etc)
- The japanese wiiware titles (moving notepad, etc)
- A virtual console (which is inevitable anyway)
also, this is my first post in the cult for a while, so hey guys!

fire - link - Support for Flash and Shockwave. (watching youtube, playing online games, etc) Because the DSi was so totally made for playing games that aren't Nintendo.

well, flash games are mostly homebrew sorta stuff. so i don't see why nintendo wouldnt want to support them to be honest, it isnt like they are losing out from it.

More gradual increments for the volume control. I almost miss the slider.
And, yes, the drawing/animating stuff they had for Japan.

well, i dont know how simple the volume control would be to update, as it would be a hardware update, rather than a software update... but your right though, the volume control isnt quite right.

I thought the internet channel had Flash?

unfortunatly, the internet channel has Java, not flash, and it is Java script too, so not capable of playing Java games or watching Youtube (youtube uses Java to play flash videos)

Maybe an update to the internet browser would be nice. I tried to get on Gaia with it and it ran out of memory on the home page.

i have tried to use gaia a few times, and it is sooooo slow, i keep having to empty the cookies and history, then refreshing to get pages to work...
even youtube, with it's constantly updating homepage videos loads far faster, even though i cant watch anything...
also, i discovered that finding gaia eggs on the DSi doesnt add them to your baset here... i found 8 last night on the DS, and when i logged in today on my laptop, i only had 4 (which i had before the 8 from the DS)

Hmm... I wouldn't consider a video player update because I find the screens too small.
