Greetings my friends, ive been expecting you, welcome to the monster hunter guild, please make yourself at home
our mission here is to bring together all monster hunter fans
to share the knowledge of experienced hunters
to share stories of our greatest victories
to make friends and maybe have people join groups in real life
failing that we can all get drunk and moan about bullfangos and monsters spamming us with poison, stun and paralysis

Easy tigrex kill= in the snowy mountains area go into area 8 and attack the tigrex there stand next to the south facing wall untell he charges at you....dont for get to DODGE....(ive made the mistake and not dodge) after he gets stuck on the wall attack his tail Reapeat this process untell his tail is off next use shock traps to weaken him or possibly kill him
if you dont kill him with the shock traps use flash bombs and then
YOU WIN!!!! congrats

thanks but ran out time on the gathering mission mines is on kezu is use dung bomb then use a gunner type of weapon go to the area where their the contionar egg or something climb up the wall and fire away while it down their and it cant hurt you but you can ground it. I suggest using the shell that explode and slavo lvl 2

great armor set for beginers is full Hunter because it gives you auto tracker.

I dunno, I always found it pretty easy to avoid stuff, myself.
Personally, I like the Cephalos armor set.
Having to use Cool Drinks is a bit of an unwanted distraction, and takes up inventory space I could be using for whetstones, imo.
I dunno, I'm still kind of in the beginning stages, so my opinion may be useless to other peoples. :c

Fyahe No opinion is worthless, yes the use of cool drinks sux but you can make cold meat and hot meat there a ration and a cool drink combo platter or a ration hot drink combo platter. so its no big deal

Mmmnmnm This is true
I tend to switch between character types, so I'm average with horns and bow guns rather than excelling at either one, for the most part.
But I do suggest getting the Hide Belt, for starting out or gathering missions, at least.
High speed gather is love. <3

i havent used hot or cold drinks in ages, i usually just get my heat res armor and just get the job done quickly

I'm going to say that Mega Juices are my favorite and BEST friend. 3nodding Not running out of stamina plus if you happen to be in a cold climate it helps. 3nodding
However I would say that I'm not that great of a MH, I just really miss playing it with my squishy... T3T But she hasn't wanted to play with me in a while now and it makes me sad. PLUS! She says she's waiting for MHU to come here, so I'm like THAT'S NOT FAAAIR! Dx
