I agree.
I know i haven't been very active lately but i'm on spring break and there are a shitload of people staying at my house so i haven't been able to get to a computer without getting bitched out.
I'll be on most of the time next week if i don't have to work

keep it exclusive only people who you know would :
1. be active
2. would fit in to the guilds criteria
3. wouldnt be a neusance to others
