Since no one had made one as of yet, I thought I'd create an "official" thread in Gambino's mansion for us. And here's a brief rundown of how it works:

You enter, you need to post to get Grunnies. Preferably, right after someone with a higher number of Grunnies than you. If you recall, the Grunnies are the mutated green bunnies from the Underground Secret Lab a while back.

Anyway, the more Grunnies you get, the more you mutate. Here's the official Chart:

15 Grunnies = Grunny Shirt.
35 Grunnies = Grunny Slippers.
176 Grunnies = Pale Skin and Red Eyes.
350 Grunnies = Grunny Ears/ Head Tumors (depending on who you ask)
500 Grunnies = A Grunny attacking your head.
