Wasn't stone sour just a side project for Corey Taylor? He did start the band(Stone Sour) after all.

And there not that great (in my opinion). They've got a couple good songs..but I don't care for them much.

Stone Sour is Corey's main band actually. He started with them but then Shawn Chrahan and Paul Grey sought out Corey in a a sex toy shop (weird, how'd they know what his voice sounded like ..."hey stranger i've never met and store i've never been in... i heard -not that i'd know!- that you have a good voice. Want to be in outr band?"

Corey put Stone Sour on hold until 2001 where he got then back together and started recording again.

They're not a side project.


I thikn they're very realistic about their music and it sounds pretty good. Can't wait for the new album.
