AIM Log -- Felyn & Krysin
Niruzu & Katiti'Manina

He was pleased, in a way. Ever since that last vision of hers, she had been spending less time with him and he had been able to gain a little bit of normalcy back in his life. It was like she was trying to deny this 'inevitable' vision of hers by simply not allowing the chance for it to happen. That was perfectly fine by him, of course. He had already raised on litter of cubs with a lioness much like her, and though he had come to love Shetani very much, he knew the hassle. Besides that, he didn't think there was any chance of loving Kat - she didn't seem like the 'love me' type.

Still, in a way, things seemed to be a little more lonely. He had been lonely before Kat came, simply because his constant companion, Moo, had found a mate and a family. That meant less time for Niruzu. Even though Niruzu had been able to find a little more time lately for Moo, there wasn't that constant presence there that had been provided by Kat. Not that it was a good presence most of the time, but still.

Currently, Niruzu was simply curled up on a rock on the borders of the pride, staring off across the border that led out to the rogue lands. Somewhere out there was Shetani, his cubs, and even that goddess that had eased a little of his heartache. There was his jungle home, and maybe somewhere, his own family that he could vaguely remember from his cubhood. He sighed and put his head back down on his paws, reflecting over his life now as compared to earlier times.

She was a lioness with a plan. Screw her visions, screw them a thousand times over, because they only seemed to plague her worse when she was away from Niruzu. She was haunted by the images of the cubs that were going to come (or so her visions insisted). It was getting to the point that she had mentally named the cubs so she could keep track of them in her visions. She knew a little of what they already were going to be like, and by now they seemed so real to her that there was no other possibility other than the fact that she was going to have them.

She was done with it. Kat was going to make the greatest change of her life, because she was tired of running from it, she was tired of trying to evade her fate. It was time to face it. It was time to face Niruzu, the very lion she had been running away from these past few weeks. It wasn't easy, she didn't automatically fit in with the rest of the pride members. She was an outsider in every way except by title, and had truly only bothered to get to know Niruzu. Kat was just... sick of it all. She was going to find him, and she was going to fulfill this vision.

Kat scoured the Outlands for the scruffy male, blue eyes scanning the horizon. It took a while, but when she did see him, it was hard to mistake him for anything other than himself. With a determined gait, she approached the rock he laid upon, not saying a word until she was standing right before it. Sucking in a breath, she through all caution to the wind, not even properly greeting the other lion before she started making her demands. "Get off the rock and screw me." she ordered.

At first, he thought maybe he was hallucinating as he saw her approaching. There was no way she'd be approaching him, right? Then, he thought maybe he had fallen asleep while he was laying on his rock and his mind just hadn't registered it yet, thus he just thought he saw her coming towards him when it was truly a dream. When she finally stopped in front of him, with that determined look on her face, he had been beginning to think that maybe it was really reality. His brow furrowed, and just as he was about to ask her what she wanted, she blurted out that ridiculous command.

Oh, this was definitely a dream. A very, very bad dream.

"Wh-what?" he stuttered, eyes wide and almost afraid. Knowing what he knew, at least what she had said, he figured he had every right to look frightened. "No, you know where that leads, I'm not just going to.. no.." He was still stuttering, and at this point he has pushed himself up to sit on the rock instead of lay, but he still wasn't climbing down.

And he was being difficult! He had no right to be difficult - he was male, and she was sure she was an attractive enough female for him to agree to do it and be done with it. Didn't he understand in the least that there was no way to avoid this fate, so why not go ahead and get it done and over with? She sighed, a strained noise, as her gaze remained fixed on his face. Eventually it lowered, taking in his appearance, and she was sure he would have an easier time doing the deed than she would - she was remarkably more attractive than he was, anyways.

"It's going to happen anyways, so get down here and let's get this over with, I don't have all day. Put your balls back in action." She wasn't going to take 'no' for an answer, and she would pester him to the ends of the earth until he agreed to do what she wanted of him. He was going to get her pregnant whether he liked it or not, though she was sure that in the end he would enjoy himself quite a bit. Hell, he was probably lucky that she wouldn't force the cubs on him. Yes, Kat was being extremely generous today, and Niruzu was showing no thanks for it.

This had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that she was or wasn't attractive, because she certainly was, though her bitchy little attitude took away some of that appeal. No, this had to do with the fact that she was just expecting him to bring cubs into the world willingly. She didn't even bother to ask him if he was willing to do this! Plus, the way she looked at him like that, like he was the dirt under her feet, wasn't precisely encouraging. He knew he was a little rough around the edges, but he wasn't that unappealing, was he?

"Just because you say it's going to happen!" he growled out, narrowing his eyes. "You never asked whether or not this is what I want." He shook his head vehemently, protesting yet again. "I'm not doing it, hear me? I don't want to knock you up and have more kids running around that I'll never see again. I did a shoddy enough job with the ones I had the first time."

He shook his head again, pointing a paw at her. "Just freaking go back to ignoring me, would ya? That'll keep you from getting knocked up."

The very last strands of her patience were slowly being clipped away by Niruzu's refusal to be compliant to her desires, to her vision's desires. This wasn't something either of them could avoid, and it was going to happen in due time whether they liked it or not, so she saw no problem with getting it over with now. She was as ready as she would ever be in this moment, and she wasn't not going to lose her nerves because he was too chicken to do it. Knowing him, he probably felt inadequate compared to other male lions, and if this was a self-esteem issue she was going to kill him now despite what her visions had shown her.

"I'm not saying it will happen, my visions are, and they are not wrong. I've seen cubs for these past few weeks, and I'm tired of it." She glowered at him briefly, before raising onto her back paws, pressing her front ones aganist the rock and lifting herself up, neck craned up so she could meet his gaze, nose just slightly touching his chin. "Well, I'm pretty sure I already knew that answer, so there was no ******** point in asking you. You're doing it, you can't deny it. ********, if you want to play daddy that is just dandy with me, just get down here and do it already."

Again, she couldn't believe him, couldn't believe he somehow thought this wouldn't happen. "No, you are going to knock me up, and you're going to do it now."

"So just because you've been seeing those cubs for weeks, you've decided it's time to get it done with so you can see them for real?" He laughed at this and shook his head. "I think you should probably think about what you're ******** asking for. Cubs aren't a god damn walk in the park, girl. They won't be just another damn vision. They're gonna be a hassle." He knew, he really ******** knew. He had already raised a litter, and raised it in an unhappy atmosphere.

"I said I'm not doing it, Kat!" he repeated, his voice raising a little as she pressed her nose into his chin lightly. He jerked it back and shook his head, staring down at her with narrowed eyes. "I've already raised one litter of cubs up in a disfunctional family, I'm not going to knock you up just so you can satisfy that stupid vision of yours."

He sneered slightly, shaking his head yet again, and sending his mane tossing. "Quit trying to command me to do that, dammit, no."

"I'm not stupid, Niruzu - I know what kind of deal cubs are. I've helped with my family's litter, which is far more larger than any lioness should have to bear. I know what I'm doing, I want these cubs." She didn't, not really, but if that was what he needed to hear in order to agree to do it, then she would tell him just that. She was tired of waiting around for the vision to happen - she wanted this little amount of control on her life, deciding the when because she could not decide anything else about her life for herself.

He jerked back, and she leaned forward, and deciding that even if there wasn't enough room on the rock, she was coming up there, at least to shove Niruzu down so that they could actually be on the same eye level. With a grunt, she pulled herself up on top of the boulder, eyes level with Niruzu's, hardly any space between them, and with a grunt, she grappled for a good hold on the rock (and space). "You're going to do it eventually anyways, so why not do it now when you kind of have the choice? I'm as ready as I'll ever be for them, so stop being a little b***h and get me pregnant."

She growled low in her throat, deciding that if she had to bully him into it, she would. She wouldn't leave him alone, not when she needed him. "I'm not going to shut up, I'm not going to leave you alone until you do it. You can end your suffering now before it really begins."

That, right there, that statement about it being inevitable and choosing to do it on his terms instead of sometime else - that statement made him think twice about his refusal. He believed it was going to happen, he had just hoped that he could keep putting it off, let her ignore him (or the other way around) until he was ready. Of course, when Kat made up her mind she was ready, he supposed it didn't matter one damn bit if he was. He also supposed that if they were going to do this, he might as well do it and stop looking over his shoulder, waiting for the moment he screwed up.

"Hey," he muttered, scooting back a little on his rock as she climbed up to meet him. He stared at her, long and hard, eyes narrowing on her brighter ones. He finally let out a long, deep sigh and pushed himself to his feet, tail lashing behind him. There was no feeling of being incompetent, even if she believed that was part of his hesitance. Once he'd made up his mind, he seemed more confident in this than he did in almost anything else he did.

"Fine," he said finally, leaning his head down to look at her, "but don't b***h at me later. Remember that you bloody asked for it."

His expression just then startled her, because that confidence made him seem wholly more attractive. It eased a little bit of the nerves she kept skillfully hidden underneath the surface, to know that he was now sure that he could do this with her. It wouldn't be that bad, hell, it was just another part of life, just like raising cubs would be. Kat sucked in a short breath before a pleased smile flitted across her features. A deep purr rumbled in her chest, and she leaned close enough to nuzzle underneath her chin.

She jumped off the rock again, casting an inviting glance over her shoulder. Why shouldn't she be pleased? She was getting exactly what she had demanded from him - she had won again, that was without a doubt. Of course, she wasn't sure this was something she wanted to win in. She was sure she really didn't want cubs, but this was something she couldn't fight. Her visions had foretold it happening, and so it would happen. "I'll find different reasons to b***h at you," she reassured him with another pleasant purr.

"Hmmm, you don't get much privacy out here, babe," she murmured to herself, before shrugging her shoulders and glancing back over to him. This was it. She was only feeling a little nervous.

He was a bit taken aback when she leaned in to nuzzle him, though he reciprocated it after a moment, just before she turned to leap off the rock. He wasn't really nervous, but it was a little different going into this and knowing that the risks involved were probably increased for him. It might only take the once, or it might not. Had she planned for that? He shook his head, trying to clear the thoughts away.

"You always do," he muttered, narrowing his eyes on her for a moment, "but I don't care as long as it's not about this." He'd be pretty angry with her if she held it against him. He saw the glance, and for once, he smirked at her with something other than malicious intent. His tail lashed behind him as he glanced around, knowing that despite the fact that his area was out in the open, it was highly unlikely anyone would be coming out here to see them.

"It's here, or the dens, love," he almost purred back, that smirk no his face growing wider. He knew how little sound the dens concealed. With a little chuckle, he leapt down after her, previous hesitations blown out the window.
