What was he even doing out here? Hadn't he promised that he wasn't going to muddle around in Stormwind's life? Okay, well, maybe he hadn't promised that, but... well, he'd promised something to a similar effect, and she'd told him to leave without so much as a goodbye to him; just Naiosalas. He shook stray leaves from his mane and sighed heavily as he crept through the underbrush, thinking to himself how stupid of an idea this really was.
But... it was normal, right? For a father to wonder about the children he wasn't taking care of. Sure, he trusted Stormwind more than he trusted himself as far as caring for them went; hell, he was under the impression that it was his bad parenting that was the reason his son hadn't uttered a single word since birth. Grumbling softly, he lifted his tail off the ground a bit, trying to keep it from dragging as he continued with his quiet sneaking, wincing when he stepped on a twig, blue eyes snapping toward the cave that he was creeping rather close to, flicking his ears and freezing completely, hoping that his bright pink fur wasn't giving him away. At least... not too terribly.

This was her first full week in the same cave, and now, with her little family asleep in the cave behind her, Savannah burst out into the world on her own. Her little booty shaked as she stalked a particularly beautiful butterfly, crystalline blue eyes locked on it while her little rainbow claws flexed in the fresh soil.
If she ever wanted to play outside, she always had to have one of her momma's watching her at all times and Hoku would always come. Having a brother was cool and all, but sometimes a girl just needed her own space. She was so glad that she only had one to deal with, because anymore would just be way too much.
Savannah tossed her tongue to the right side of her mouth as she tried her best to be quiet, just like momma Stormwind taught her. Quiet, barely breathing, no unnecessary movement- The butterfly landed on a flower, just a little ways down the knoll. It flexed its wings and seemed to be settling in for some rest. Her little mouth twisted in a grin. " Got'cha. "
She meant to creep down the slope, but with her slightly skipping/faster creep Savannah managed to lose her footing and with one hushed screamed, she tumbled off to the side into the briars.

A girlish squeal sounded from Ithnan's throat as the baby dragon suddenly seemed to drop out of nowhere, surprising him and damn-near giving him a heart-attack. It was a moment before he regained composure, and hopped just a skip down the hill, stopping the little rolling girl with one paw, blue eyes wide and rather surprised. The little thing looked almost nothing like him. Actually, on second glance, and remembering the strange appearance of the female who'dgiven birth to these children...
At the least, she had his mane, and a few of his spots. Upon closer inspection, he would also figure that she had his eyes. A smile slowly came across the older male's face, the tip of his tail wagging slightly, though he meant to quell it. "A-are y- are y-y-you al-al-alright li-li-little- l-little o-one?" he asked in that ever-quiet voice, tipping his head slightly. If anyone asked, he was simply hunting for the king's meat, nothing more, nothing less. It was a meeting of chance, after all.

" Of course I am, not that you've saved me! " Savannah chirped, cheerful as ever now that her life wasn't in danger anymore. She'd been so terrified that she was going to get hurt and -dare she think it- bleed that she almost had a panic attack. As it stood, she rebounded away from the larger male quickly and was soon sitting at his side, her happy little rump practically vibrating on the ground as her tail slapped it.
" You were like - wow! I didn't even see you and swoosh, you came out and saved me! Wait until I tell Hoku. " She scrunched up her face after the thought, then rolled her eyes and laughed. " Not that he'll be believe me, he never does. "
Now that she was able to fully look at him, she noticed a few similarities between them, such as the color of his mane and the way his tail was tipped just like hers. Of course, Savannah being of simple mind, didn't take enough time to process this and merely inched closer to him. " What's your name, huh, huh? My name's Savannah, and I really want to know yours, because I have to have something to remember you by. Unless, your one of those mysterious dragons like momma Stormwind, but I really hope not because I really wanna know your name. "

Ithnan laughed softly at the excitement that the little dragon posessed, smiling softly. "M-maybe you sh-should be mo-more careful when ru-running ar-around, the-then, lit-ttle one," he said, his tail swaying back and forth in a similarly childish manner. He laughed in amusement, listening to the little girl and slipping down so that his paws were crossed and he was watching the other with amusement. So this is what one of the eggs hatched into, was it? Well, he definitely understood now why Naiosalas barely spoke; this little one must have stolen any speech he'd had.
"H-H-Hoku's y-your broth-brother I'm g-g-guessing?" Ithnan suggested curiously, though he wondered for a moment if what he was doing was creepy at all. Really, he didn't think so; he wasn't asking anything that was at all... that... creepy. Of course, she also had no idea who he was, and his questions were at the very least, a little strange for a complete stranger to be asking. At least he knew that Naiosalas wouldn't be answering questions like this for strangers.
"N-no-not as myste-myster-mysterious as y-your mother, ma-maybe. My na-name's Ithn-nan," he said in response, glad to see that the other wasn't at all shy, but at the same time a little worried for how that was going to be playing out for her in the future. "It's ni- it's n-n-nice to me-meet you, S-S-Savan-nah."

Savannah, be careful? The world was more likely to stop spinning before that ever happened. The young one posessed more of a wild streak than her mother ever could have imagined, with twice as much of a balance problem than she had suffered as a hatchling. Life wasn't going to slow down for her anytime soon, but to make the adult happy, she smiled and nodded. "I'll try to be really good next time I'm out, that I will!"
The ground gave way to her rump as she burrowed it down into the soft mud, sloshing dirt this way and that until she was comfortable. It was difficult to stay still. Her eyes occasionally flitted to the sides, searching for the source of some movement or a random sound. If she'd had any kind of quietness about her, she would have made an excellent huntress. "Its super cool to meet you too, Ithnan!" Her face turned into something simplistically goofy. "You have a pretty name. Its kind of girly but at the same time, really nice."
Thinking of Hoku made her slightly depressed. Playing without him didn't seem like much fun when she really thought about it and at that moment, it would have been nice to lean over onto him. Brothers made the best pillows. "Ya, Hoku's my brother. I love him alot, but sometimes, he can be a real pain. Like, he's all into woodsy stuff and becoming a big manly-man, like he has something to prove or something. He doesn't, though, so I don't understand it." Savannah sighed. "We don't really look alike. Well....okay, maybe a little bit, but he's got a gold horn on his snout, just like momma. I'm....defected."
Her eyes lowered in synch with her shoulders. "I hate being defected. Momma Astra doesn't have a horn, either, but she's not my real momma, you know?"
