It was finally the day that Hiriaku would be going home with her guardian. She really enjoy the tanks and Mer Co. But she knew she would have to leave it soon. She didn't really want to go somewhere else. She really would much rather stay here and play with all the new Mers and make trouble around the buildings here. She yawns swimming around a tank. She wondered what Dooma would be like....it was a strange name....the young ray really hoped that her guardian was not a weirdo.

Aylen was heading to the Mer Co. building with his children in his arms. Atl's head was reading on his shoulder and she was looking around the place in an interested manner. She was glad they were back, to visit, and perhaps meet some new friends. It was strange that she had obtained a father and brother both in a short amount of time, stranger still that her 'brother' was a far different creature then her.

She looked over toward him, watching the way that his wings were moving in the air to keep the air swirling around him, not wanting to over heat while they were out of the water. He had a much harder time out of the water then she did, did a sort of fish flop but luckily at home there was plenty of water for the two of them so they didn't have to be on land much.

Rangi was fluttering his wings in a rapid manner as he and his sister were carried along, looking around the place they were going through. It was all very interesting to the boy, making him want to see everything that was behind all the different doors with his own eyes. He looked over at his 'sister' who was starring at him, "Where we goin'?" He asked, looking up at Aylen.

"Visiting, thought we should make some friends." He murmured, seeming to be concentrating on what was before him. The man's eyes were open but they were unseeing, having been born blind but with another manner of sight that was hard to explain to people who didn't share a similar power to himself.

"Visitin' what?" Rangi chirped, reaching up to Aylen's shoulder to pull himself up farther so he could get a better perch by laying over his shoulder.

"Not sure, whoever we find I suppose." He said with a smile.

"I can't wait to see who we meet." Atl murmured, hoping that they were nice people that they met. She was a bit shy around new people, unsure of how to react to them but at the same time found them all fascinating from a distance.

It wasn't long before the trio were able to locate the Visitor's room and stepped inside.

As Dooma neared the entrance to the Mer Co Building she could hear voices a head of her in what the map said was the visitor room. She sighed folding her wings under her cloak and straightened the skull atop her head. She hated dealing with large crowds but she entered into the room looking over two other parents and their mers.

Hiriaku sighed and splashed inside the tank. This was so boring to her. She wanted to get out but she was not sure if she should. Last time when she tried to be a kite she almost got big trouble.

She smiled and nods pulling herself out of the tank she shifted and started to make her way out of the nursery and tanks trying to figure out where the visitor room.

Jynk watched Sayer wandering around the room, ready to rush over and take anything away he might stick in his mouth. She was only slightly disappointed that it wasn't a staff member whom had arrived to bring her new charge in, but at least this was someone who would understand the joys (and annoyances) of raising one of these children. Walking over, she side-stepped the two little ones that had just been placed on the floor. "They saddled you with two as well, eh?"

Sayer's attention on the magazine he'd been about to put in his mouth was diverted by the two new children. He unceremoniously dropped the magazine and wibbled over to them, still enjoying the feel of the carpet on his tentacles. Looking from one to the other, he reached out with a hand, then thought better of it, in case they were the kind to hurt, and poked at them with his tentacles instead, trying to sort them on in his mind.

Not far away, Chrysopterus was being carried down a corridor toward the visitor room by one of the staff members. He hadn't wanted to leave his brother, but couldn't help feeling excited about getting to meet his new family. He was going to have a mommy and, according to the staff member, a big brother, too. He doubted this new brother would be as spectacularly awesome as Fren, but perhaps he'd like to play Star Wars and watch science fiction movies, too.

The staff member finally arrived and carried Chrys to his new parent. The two talked a moment before the young Mer was handed over to Jynk, the staff member retreating to let the two get acquainted not noticing the ray stuck to the door.

"Hi, kid, I guess I'm your new mom," Jynk told the child, then pointed to where Sayer was still tentacle-groping on the other two Mers. "That is your brother Sayer."

"Gyah!" Jynk yelped most eloquently for being hit with a humanoid fish, and went down face first onto the floor, cushioning the rest of Hiriaku's fall. She lay there, sprawled out spread-eagle and face down on the floor, muffling, "Anyone see what just hit me?"

"Looks like a Mer," Chrys said, wriggling along the floor to get closer and see if the new Mer needed help.

Sayer stopped groping on Rangi and Atl at the noise of Jynk being flattened by Hiriaku and looked their way, then quickly joined Chrys in approaching the new Mer, though more to find out why she was attacking his mommy than to help her.

Hariaku laughed and sat up getting off of the fallen human. She smirked and flicked her sharp pointed tail. "Oh man went so far that time!" she giggled and smiled brightly at all who drew closer to her. She laughed loudly again and lowering her body down she started to drag herself back towards the door frame. "I am so going to do it again!"

Hariaku was not a shy one though she seemed to be less concerned with the other Mers and more in need of getting another flight thrill. She didn't think slamming into the human was wrong. And it was much softer than the wall she it the first time. So she hardly gave anyone more than a quick glance.
