Ultimecia FFVIII and X-Death(Ex-Death) FFV I dunno FFIII though. It was funny, I didn't even really look at all the answers until after I'd voted, I just looked directly for Sephiroth. ^_^ He is insane and evil and hot. Sephiroth is just the best and theres no beating that. I think that Kefka, Kuja, and Seymour were really good villains, though. Kefka has the insanity and laugh, Kuja has the insanity and acts as if he's in a Shakespeare play or something, and Seymour has the insanity and...well, he's just insane. ^_^ Alright, so I like the crazy ones....

lol You really didn't expect that the winner of this poll would be anyone but Sephiroth did you? This is a rather biased guild, as it revolves around FFVII, which means there is a concentration of rabid otaku who obsess particularly over FFVII.

Why do I like Sephiroth? The torutured past, I love the angsty types, as I'm more than a little screwed up myself. Shrug something about a guy who has realized his entire life is a lie is just something I have sympathies for I guess. Same reason I like Vincent. I like guys who have a lot going on below the surface but are without exception cold on the outside. I like to think about what Sephiroth was like before he lost it and got the whole "Destroy the World" complex. rolleyes Men and their ego problems. If Sephiroth had been female, he would have been a lot more subtle. And President Shinra would have gotten the sword through his back a lot sooner. But then, I like being Heterosexual so it's probably for the best Sephiroth is a guy (Hey, he's UBER hot, something about that cold smile and those eyes, and my long hair fetish).

Sephy. Cause he is shiny and cool and uh. Yea XD *too late to think of more intelligent reason*

I do like Sephiroth, but I usually like to steer clear from the really popular choices. I really liked the battle with Ultimecia biggrin

Well, I WAS going to vote for Sephiroth,...but I decided to be different and voted for Kefka! He was so Sephiroth's prototype, the whole insane god-thing was his first and foremost. Besides this guy had absolutely no hang-ups about what he would wear. You have to be REALLY secure to don that gig, and I mean REALLY secure, feathers in the hair face paint makeup embroidery and frills, but I mean he doesn't look bad in the whole getup either, just eccentric. and then he had his laugh, and the guy was a real megalomaniac, and he killed the emperor which was kool. And he succeeded in becoming a GOD, Sephi copied most of Kefka's original Ideas, he just pulled it off with dark quiet angsty style instead of flamboyant flaunting. Really you have to give Kefka his due. And in all honesty Final Fantasy 6 is actually the better story and music. just the graphics were all 8-bit. But Terra was WAY cooler than Aeris! and Celes and you have to love Edgar and Sabin! Most of the FF7 characters were kinda samey, all dark tragic pasts where their loved ones were killed and all. Locke is an awsome character, and then Setzer TOTALLY pwns Cid! YEAH! He was awsome he just went and kidnapped the girl he liked and his airship rocked!! AND he wasn't a sore loser! any of you who haven't played that game don't know what you are missing! I'm still waiting for the special edition with improved AC style Cinema Scene graphics YESSS!!!

sephiroth hands down... hes so crazy. and he kills aeris! crying yeah... that deffinetly makes him the #1 villain in my eyes just cuz of that. (but hes just so cool despite the fact that he kills my fav charictor)
