Jeff Gordon won the last race... oh bohy but what about Dale Jr. and Kyle Bush? They were caught in the back! Are our "pro" racers slacking? We need to see new names at the pole like Joey Lagano No offence to the Junior fans, but as far as top teir drivers go in the cup series, I don't think Earnhardt Jr. is one of em. I think the best drivers right now are Johnson, Jeff Gordon, Stewart, Kyle Busch, and Carl Edwards.
From what I can tell, Junior is in Hendrick equipment, with teammates who have championships up the ying yang, and the only win he's scored since the start of last year was a win on fuel mileage. He may have 18 career wins, but until he starts laying down the law and getting some top fives, he may be driving for the most powerful team in NASCAR, but he's far from the best driver. But that's just me talking. You can blame the team, or his crew chief all you want, but Junior has a lot of maturing to do. Hope nobody takes this the wrong way =D
