Supposedly Barrack Obama is trying to pulling General Motors out of NASCAR to make them spend less money.

I think they are just out of money to spend on stuff like nascar and obama is not going to approve any more going out of them for stuff like this
But last I heard they were NOT going to leave NASCAR at all. They told their teams that they were behind them 100% and there was no chance of them pulling out but who knows
It could happen
Dodge already pulled out of the trucks this year, but Im not sure if that anway relates and is the cause of financial problems

Supposedly Barrack Obama is trying to pulling General Motors out of NASCAR to make them spend less money.

This all started from an April Fool's prank in Car and Driver. Right now, if there are plans to pull one or more manufacturers from Nascar, they are secret.

Ya know I was thinking. Sure teams get financial and tech support from the manufacturers. But if a team like hendrick motorsports lost it's manufacturer backing, i'm sure they'd survive. NASCAR would almost be better off using generic cars like in the past couple issues of EA Nascar.
