This kingdom belongs to all the wild birds
and beasts. No human shall trespass or
consequences shall ensue.
This must explain your sudden change. As you wander the jungle, you come to a road which forks in four directions. In the middle of the road is a post set with four signs tied to it with vines. The sign facing your direction reads "Jungle". Yo you left if the desert, and to your right is the grassy plain. Ahead of you is the forest and attached to this sign is another sign that reads:
-Office of M.R. Tavley-
Pausing for a moment trying to figure out why an office would be in the middle of an all-animal realm, you are suddenly startled by a large gorilla holding a large stick threateningly.
"Welcome to the animal kingdom, young friend," the gorilla bellows. "I am to greet all who enter here. You may call me Koro, young one. Tell me friend, who have I had the pleasure to meet?"

Phenephros the red-tailed hawk flies gracefully among the treetops in the forest, deciding to terrorize the little mice and rabbits she sees by calling out while she flies over them. She sees Koro, so she lands on the large stick he is holding and fluffs her feathers.

Demajio, the young cocky Jaguar, sees Phenephros and smirks. He climbs up the tree she is in. He does so quietly, she does not hear him. He stalks the tree branch she sitting on. He takes a big breath and mews at him. "Aw MAN! That sucked!!" He complained.

Phenephros lowers her head and watches the jaguar stalk something that isn't there. She screeches in laughter and plays with Koro's fur a little bit with her beak.

Koumori, the Bat, flys threw the trees dodging tree branchs and leaves and spots a bug flying by a twig. she chases it untill it lands on something fuzzy. she flips backwards and smacks her small head on the twig. landing on the gound harsly she looks up and sees a red bird and a monkey above her.

Phenephros looks down at the tiny bat and opens her beak as she examines the morsel but isn't feeling hungry so she closes her beak again and jumps off Koro's stick to meet the bat on the ground and gently picks her up with her beak.
"Keeeeeeerrrr," she says.

"ah!" she exclaims. "ger off me!" she wiggles in the birds mouth. afraid of being eaten she screechs. her calls go unheard, seeing as the calls are radar and can only be heard by other bats.

She drops the bat as she hears the frantic squeaking. Cocking her head sideways, the opens her wings and steps back away from the creature and leaves her wings open and pointing towards the bat.
"Keerrr?" she calls, looking at the creature strangely.
She suddenly realizes that bats don't speak hawk. She fluffs her head feathers and closes her wings. "I'm sorry, it's been a long time since I've talked to someone other than my own kind," she says calmly as she keeps her distance.

Koumori flys over to the nearest tree branch that she can. she grabs onto it with both her feet and claws at it to turn around. hanging on it upsided down she stares at the Hawk. out of breath she says, "it's alright. nothing damaged, what were you saying anyway?"

Phenephros preens underneath her wing as she speaks.
"I'm terribly sorry. I was asking if you were alright," she says calmly and then puts her wing back down to look at the bat.

Koumori blinks her beaty little eyes a few times and calmy says, in her high pitched voice, "yes fine, was just getting some lunch..there was a stick in my way though and I lost it." she starts to feel digected and hungry all at the same time.

Phenephros fluffs her head feather again and clicks gently. "Oh, don't worry, I can fix that," she says as she opens her large wings and up to the top of tree, landing quietly. She hunkers down and peers at the grassy and weed covered ground. Suddenly she spots it. The tiny mouse comes out from underneath a log to foarge for food, unaware of the predator above him.
Phenephros remains perfectly still and seizeds the moment. Opening her wings, she swoops down towards the mouse and in the blink of an eye catches it in her talons, flying back upwards to her branch and then rips it apart with her beak, causing the small creature to stop moving. Satisfied, she flies back down towards the bat and places the mouse in front of her, her chest puffed out proudly.

Koumori stares at the dead mouse before her. the blood dripping to the ground. her eyes grow wide and her tiny stumach turns. in an instant every little thing in her bady comes out of her mouth. the vomit hits the ground along with the blood.
"sorry, I only eat bugs, insects, and or paracites. I think I'll just find them on mine own."

She cocks her head to the side to consider the bat. "You mean you don't eat these?" She then hunkers down in embarassment and steps towards the mouse, putting it in her beak and then flying up to a branch to set it there for a moment.
On her way down she catches something and lands in front of the bat again, showing her talon clinging onto a grasshopper. "You mean these?" she asks as she takes a bite of the insect, creating unsettling crunchy sounds. "I eat these sometimes, but it looks a little big for you. I'm terribly sorry, I am obviously of no use to you," she says melancholy-like, sticks the rest of the half of grasshopper in her beak, and opens her wings to fly off.

"no no thats perfect!!," she exclames as her eyes grow wide. she lets go of the branch and flys over to the birds mouth. climbing on it she says, "sorry please don't eat me this just looks really good." she takes a bite of a leg and rips it off. crunching sounds can be heard as she enjoys a peace of her meal.
