Once in awhile I get a good misprice.
Since I try to be a nice person, if the seller asks nicely, I do sell it back to them, but at a small mark up. I figure this way there is a penalty for not checking twice, but not so big a penalty that they won't make most of the gold they would have anyway.
When I've screwed up like that, though, I've never asked for it back.

Quoting from this thread: Quote: Don't PM users who purchased your items, in an attempt to get them back when you mis-price the item. All sales are final so when you are selling your item you need to check the prices. If you mis-price an item, please do not PM the user asking or demanding for the item back. They are not required to return the item to you and many buyers consider this rude. I know the post has an old date, but it's still stickied at the top of the MP Discussion Forum, so it stands to reason that the information is still accurate. If they're lying to us, we haven't got a chance anyway.

Eh... I've never been able to snag an awesome mispriced item. I have excellent buying speed (probably less than 2 seconds if I haphazardly copy-paste my password), but there's always someone out there faster than I am. >_<

Mispricing items happen, for the people who get the item, it a happy day, for those who mispriced the item, it's a sad day, but for them to go as far as saying it's against the rules is really pushing the limits, it was their mistake, they should realize that and then move on.
