Ok so here we go.
Vistalites Main Races ( not enclusive) Elves Dwarves Orcs Humans Class esclusives: Monk, Palidin, Cleric
Arisate Main Races Humans Goblins Warforged Classes: Ranger Rouge (still need a third if anyone has any ideas)
Geminine Races Humans Halflings Kenku Gnomes Classes: Bard, Sorseror (sp) and Wizard. If you chose to be part of these factions you are upper crust. Starting gold is hire and each guild has special items for people in them.

Nutreal Barbarians and Fighters.
You are from the slums of the main city. The high ups hate your guts and you start off will less gold. But stolen goods slum shops will give you discounts. As were they will steal liberate from the factions.

Looks like a 3.5 game. I'd look into some classes from PHB2 3.5.

a suggestion instead of making the ranger into a prc change it into a drifter/ bounty hunter class. so instead of focusing on wilderness survival make it more on tracking an enemy.
also orc is counting sharakim, scro, and a half orcs right?

woodland stride should be replaced with either the roofwalker feat or
Crowd-Walker
Certain individuals are comfortable among the throngs of citizens in even the most densely packed city. They know how to maneuver deftly through such environs without impediment.
Class: Druid or ranger.
Level: 2nd (druid) or 7th (ranger).
Replaces: If you select this class feature, you do not gain woodland stride.
Benefit: When moving through a crowd, the crowd-walker moves at her normal rate, rather than requiring two squares of movement for every square as is normal. In addition, light debris does not impede her movement, and she treats heavy debris as light debris. Any other sort of rough terrain impedes her normally, however.
Hide in plain sight modified to suit all locations as urban ranger

i like the crowd walker instead of the woodland stride but i believe that the hide in plain sight would work wellin a major city.

I don't know if it helps, but the best class that I can think of for a "tech" class is called a Artificer. Course the only book they seem to appear in is in Eberron books.
